Basically fall guys but sonic, I had my fun with this game for the time being but I got bored of the game overtime due to my friends playing games that are better than this.

Sonic Rumble honestly is not that bad of a game. I mainly play on mobile and I've bought a few of the passes but its still a very fun game. My only problem is the lack of different level themes. I would really like to see some more themes from like the advance series (toy kingdom would work great in this game I feel) but other than that it feels very fun to play. I do think more people need to understand that this game isn't made by SEGA. Its made by Rovio which is why its so full of microtransactions.
if you're a fan of sonic, play this game. <3
After goin off and on the app version and the pc version I can confidently say this is a good party game. Now is it for everyone? No. After having my honeymoon phase and now gotten to the point where I play it every now and then, this game while good, needs more content. But as it stands I think this is all were getting. And thats ok. The main problems everyone had with the game, (namely the skin prices) has gotten so much better. We get free Red Rings in abundance now with community challenges and capsules. These make earning skins alot easier and feel more fair. Theres more ways to get skins as well with just normal rings which you get just from playing the game. So that problem is definetly taken care of. Id say the major problem I have with the game now is that theres little reason for me to play it everday. If i dont see it super competitively I dont really commit to multiplayer games that long. I feel like some sort of competitive mode would do alot for this game. In the meantime though as a very casual party game, this is one of the better ones that continues to get alot of support and has some genuine fun moments. Unfortunately with how bad the reception was at launch i dont know if well ever get to see a big fanbase connect to this game and help it shine to its fullest potential. I hope we get many more years of this game because picking it up and playing for a couple minutes is something I always look forward to
This is a really good mobile game. It will probably be one of my bus games. I really like how it has cross-progression with PC. If you get all of the achivements it REALLY overstays it's welcome.
fun game
💗 Sonic Rumble Party - 7/10 💗 ------------------------------- First the positives: Sonic Rumble Party has improved steadily since launch with frequent updates and meaningful gameplay changes including a new Party Mode. The large roster of playable characters, buddies and cosmetic skins offers plenty of variety while the different game modes and skill system keep matches engaging. Players who invest enough time can also earn a respectable amount of premium currency and Omni-Fragments making it possible to unlock characters and skins without even spending money. Game can be fun with friends. Custom Lobbies are possible with pre-set Gamemodes and Minigames. Promotion gifts like twitch drops and community events happen on regular basis to earn currency and other items. -------------------------------- Now to the neutral things: The game features Battle Passes, Season Passes, and Event Passes that provide additional progression and rewards. While they offer extra content for dedicated players, their value depends largely on how much time you plan to invest in each season and if you are interested in some new character, new emote, new buddy or new skin. Otherwise rather optional. Season Pass: 9,99$, 9,99€, ¥1,500. Event Pass: 8,99$, 8,99€, ¥1,450. The game has a "Rumble Plus" subscription which can only be subscribed to by iOS or Android smartphones by time of Review. It includes daily rewards like Omni-Fragments 5 each day, some gold rings, a monthly Red Star Ring gift of 15, Pass XP, more Claw Machine uses. It costs 2.99$, 2,99€, ¥480. Prices may vary on your location. Watching Ads on Mobile Version earns some extra rewards as 4 additional claw machine uses and a daily reward. The ranked Leagues contain one-time only currency when reaching, otherwise skill upgrade stars. Once achieved there is no need to stay or reach Master Emerald or Chaos Emerald League again. League ranks are based on % from characters, skins, buddies, Season badges. The more % the more points you earn for the League. % makes it easier, faster and less grindy to reach or stay within a League. Leagues end and start every week. --------------------------------- The worst at last, the negatives: Sometimes aggressive Pop Ups which ask to buy a bundle. A big drawback is the online experience with netcode issues and desynchronization that can negatively affect otherwise enjoyable matches. Gamemodes like Coop Squad and Coop Boss Battle should be permanent as Community wishes to. Community integration could also be improved as communication and player engagement feel limited. Some boss encounters are poorly designed and can be more frustrating than fun. The Bots that fill gaps in rounds when there is not enough players have the worst, I MEAN THE WORST AI I HAVE EVER SEEN in a game. The Bots are made so poorly that it is just disappointing or even frustrating at times where matchmaking time was at 15 seconds. Thankfully it was increased by time of review to 45 seconds for more human players each round. Skills and Attack Items can make a game very unbalanced sometimes. Some season stamp skills can be too overpowered or can even be exploited on some maps for maximum rings for an easy win. The game has - some - annoying bugs and exploits overall. Finally, several marketing decisions have not done the game any favors making it harder for the game to reach a wider audience despite its kinda solid gameplay. -------------------------------- Additional notes: SEGAs last financial report showed that in their eyes the game failed to meet expectations. Things might change sometime soon. Maybe in a good or bad way, who knows at the point of review. Game was made by ROVIO, creators of Angry Birds which belong to SEGA now. But at the end I would still give the game a thumb up. If steam had a neutral thumb I would rather take that. People complain about high shop prices but yet still refuse to regularly play the game to actually earn currency to get characters and skins they want. 💗{ Graphics }💗 ☐ Beyond Eyecandy [Modded] ☐ Beautiful ☑ Good ☑ Decent ☐ Bad ☐ Absolute garbage 💗{ Gameplay }💗 ☐ Very good ☑ Good ☑ It's just gameplay ☐ Mehh ☐ Would rather go to work. 💗{ Audio }💗 ☐ Eargasm ☑ Very good ☑ Good ☐ Not too bad ☐ Bad ☐ Speakers died 💗{ Audience }💗 ☑ Kids ☑ Teens ☑ Adults ☐ Retired 💗{ PC Requirements }💗 ☑ Paint ☑ Potato ☑ Smartphone ☑ Decent ☐ Fast ☐ Rich ☐ Ask NASA if they have a spare computer 💗{ Game Size }💗 ☐ Under 1GB ☑ 1GB - 10GB ☐ 10GB - 40GB ☐ 40GB - 70GB ☐ 70GB - 100GB ☐ You will want an entire hard drive to hold it ☐ You will need to invest in a black hole to hold all the data 💗{ Difficulty }💗 ☐ Just press 'W' ☐ Easy ☑ Easy to learn / Hard to master ☑ You actually need brain usage ☐ Difficult ☐ Dark Souls 💗{ Grind }💗 ☐ Nothing to grind ☑ Only if u care about leaderboards/ranks ☐ Isn't necessary to progress ☑ Average grind level ☑ High grind level ☐ Too much grind ☐ You'll need a second life for grinding 💗{ Story }💗 ☑ No Story ☐ Some lore ☐ Average ☐ Good ☐ Lovely ☐ It'll replace your life 💗{ Game Time }💗 ☐ Long enough for a cup of coffee ☐ Short ☑ Average ☐ Long [NG+, NG++, HM] ☐ To infinity and beyond 💗{ Price }💗 ☑ Free to Play ☐ Worth the price ☐ If it's on sale ☐ If u have some spare money left ☐ Not recommended ☐ Would rather buy WinRAR 💗{ Bugs }💗 ☐ Haven't encountered any ☑ Minor bugs ☑ Some annoying bugs ☐ The game itself is a big terrarium for bugs ☐ Cyberpunk 2077 💗{ Steam Deck playability }💗 ☑ Yes. 60+ FPS.
