It's a classic spot the anomaly game with a medieval theme. Sometimes it's really easy to spot them, sometimes it's so subtle that I'm wondering where it was (or maybe 'm just dumb af). Found the product key in another game of yours, thank you! I liked this one too. I'll definitely finish it later!
Absolutely underrated little indie game. Dev is very down to earth and hard at work on his newest game 'How To Build An Atomic Bomb In Your Garden'. He offered to give me a key to try this out because I mentioned I saw it in the demo of ^^!! I really enjoyed getting through this game, It's an anomaly game where you have to make it through a number of rounds before you finish/beat the game. There aren't too many things to see but plenty of funny anomalies that are clearly out of place. Definitely more than you can see in one playthrough alone. Again, there isn't much to see or do other than that, but for the price and the quality it's well worth it. It has plenty of charm and it's a strong amateur game/project. Especially with such a chill developer, I'd support them. Anyways, cheers!
Somnus presents itself as a puzzle, but it's essentially a spot-the-difference game set in a repetitive medieval dining hall. You must identify anomalies in each room to progress through 14 stages. Most anomalies are easily spotted, lacking subtlety. The game suffers from a lack of narrative, atmosphere, and challenging puzzles, making even the $3.99 price tag feel unjustified. As it stands, you'll get perhaps five minutes of mild curiosity, and then it's over. Full review: https://rpghq.org/forums/viewtopic.php?p=212288-somnus-review
I’m writing this review to point out a curious coincidence: you and I both created games with the same title, and their release dates are only a couple of days apart. That looks really funny and unusual. :) I also want to say that you did a great job — your game turned out awesome. I hope you’ll keep making projects, improving your skills, and eventually become an excellent developer. Don’t let anything break your spirit. Keep doing what brings you joy!
