I'm Tom and I just got a job as a bartender. Now I have to wipe down the same sticky counters where I used to leave my own marks. In this dive, even the rats look like they're hungover. Alright, the boozers won't pour their own drinks - time to get back to work.

About
Something to Drink? is a 2D Bartender Simulator in Pixel Art style. Your job is to manage the bar and serve your thirsty patrons. Make sure the local drunks never experience the nightmare of sobriety!
You’ll take orders, mix their favorite drinks, and charge them according to the menu. Sounds easy? Think again - working with customers is pure hell. Out of all the jobs in the world, why did you choose this one?
At first, you’ll mostly pour beers and shots. But over time, you’ll move on to fancy cocktails and more complex orders. Surprisingly, it’s kinda satisfying - you pour apple juice into vodka, and suddenly everyone looks at you like you’re some kind of alchemist.
Behind the counter, you’ll meet all sorts of strange and interesting people. Sometimes you’ll have to react to unexpected events and make important choices. Watch out for weirdos. As they say: “The tips suck, but at least the customers are insane.”

Great game. fun mechanics, slowly building difficulty to a fun experience rather then it being overwhelming. Fuels Alcoholism to a biblical level 10/10 would drink again.

So as others have said, it is basically "Papers, Please" but you are behind a Polish bar. A lot of the mechanics are the same, albeit with less detail needed and less information to sift through, so anyone who enjoyed that would probably like this. Despite the lighter setting, there are still a few hefty themes in some of the branching dialogue interactions and some interesting dilemmas come out of that. Not a lot of replayability here, you can jump back to saves on previous days to try different paths or go for achievements, but for less than $10 I don't really see that as an issue. It's a fun game. There is a little bit of jank to it: wonky arm animations, tooltips running off the screen, a character talking to you down the bar can be invisible and certain days that you don't get a chance to set up the bar before your shifts suddenly starts. However, the only thing that really bothers me is the pouring mechanic. The fluid sim is not bad, and pulling a pint from the tap feels ok. The pouring mechanism for bottles is not good and does not feel ok. Simply having a handful of very angular compass points is really odd and makes pouring ANYTHING correctly super frustrating, especially when it expects you to precisely mix cocktails. Having to open one extra bottle to fill up every glass is annoying and will happen often. Although there is no punishment at all for wasting any amount of anything. You can just pour vodka down the drain if you like. You only get 5PLN per customer at first, so I guess getting docked for spillages would have you massively in the negative every day. Now to be a real pedant... the menu pricing also bothers me. Selling a whole bottle for 10x the price that you sell a measure, when you can only get 3.33 individual measures out of one bottle is wild, but hey, I don't own the place. No wonder it's going out of business. But more importantly, could someone please point me to a bar that sells 300ml glasses of whisky for the price of a double shot! EDIT: I just read the "one week since launch" update and it mentions that an Endless Mode is in the works, which will greatly benefit replayablility, which I complained about above.
Good game, make my bow tie spin
Baya iyi oyun. Hikaye iyi.
Really cool game, discovered it recently, played the demo (which was great) and bought the game the second it released!
