Do you like bad jokes, hard puzzles and have exactly one friend? Get ready to lose that one too.
Solvimus is a two-player cooperative puzzle game made for best friends, brave duos, and sworn frenemies. Step into the sleek, chaotic labs of the I.N.T.E.L.L.I.G.E.N.C.E. Initiative (Institute for the Neurological Testing of Exceptional Logic, Looks, Intuition, Genius, Eloquence, Narcissism, Charisma, and Expression) - a suspiciously acronym-obsessed organization with a passion for testing minds… and friendships.
This isn’t just a puzzle game - it’s a 10+ hour friendship test, packed with 30 intricate, teamwork-based puzzles across five mind-melting parcours. Whether you're solving laser logic mazes, mastering time manipulation, or shouting "WHY DID YOU DO THAT?" into your headset, every moment demands communication, coordination, and maybe a little therapy.
Solvimus is strictly two-player co-op. Each puzzle is built from the ground up for dual-brain, dual-perspective problem solving. Alone, you're useless. Together, you're unstoppable. Or… stuck forever.
Each parcours introduces new twists and fresh mechanics:
Dynamic Duo - The basics of betrayal. Trust-building... or breaking.
Vertigo Venture - Gravity isn’t just a suggestion. It’s the enemy.
Beam Bafflement - Lasers, mirrors, and mutual confusion.
Hostile Havoc - Rapid-fire puzzles and environmental chaos.
Chrono Conundrum - Time loops, paradoxes, and synchronized madness.
Built-in voice chat so you can strategize or squabble in real time.
Ping tool for moments when words fail or you're too annoyed to speak.
30+ emotes to communicate joy, despair, or smug superiority.
Complete puzzles efficiently and climb the Solvimus global leaderboard. Are you and your partner a well-oiled logic machine… or just really lucky?
Hidden within Solvimus is a mysterious Easter egg treasure hunt. Solve the riddles, find the secrets, and unlock a golden reward.
Is the game splitscreen? No. Each player plays on their own device with their own view and role.
Why is it not splitscreen? Because many puzzles rely on separate perspectives, asymmetric roles, and visual isolation. Splitscreen would break or limit the design.
Do both players need to own the game? Yes. Each player needs their own copy of Solvimus and a stable internet connection to play together.

Reviews
I’ve only completed half of the game, and despite its appearance, it’s one of the most challenging and interesting cooperative puzzles I’ve ever played. I hope this game will attract more attention. It’s a true hidden gem.
Absolutely loved Solvinus. The puzzles were easily the highlight for me. Very creative, enjoyable, and really satisfying to solve without feeling like you’re just going through the motions. I had a ton of fun with this one and would happily recommend it to anyone who loves a good puzzle.
One of the best puzzle games I've played in a long time. Has inspiration from Portal, but with a lot of their own mechanics added on. I like that it's mechanically challenging as well as mentally. Very well polished and unique.

Solvinus is a great game and I had an amazing time with it. The puzzles are clever, fun to work through, and genuinely satisfying when you finally figure them out. If you enjoy puzzle games, and everything is so well put together, this one is absolutely worth giving a shot!
Played the demo and liked it, few hours into the meat of the game and am loving it. Puzzles are well designed and tough.
This game starts as Portal, but then quickly evolves into its own thing with new mechanics, gorgeous end-of-chapter levels and just an overall more challenging experience. Oh and the emotes are great, honestly the best way to communicate within the game ^^ Can recommend it to anyone who likes to solve puzzles and is up for an actual challenge! As a disclaimer, I was involved in playtesting Solvimus to help make it BugFree™ and also run on my old machine, so the hours listed here aren't quite representative of my real playtime.
Game is really fun. I described it to other friends as Gaslight Portal. You have your usual balls and cubes to play with, however rather than just sticking to the confines of test chambers that have you solve the same types of puzzles over and over, Solvimus has you doing all sort puzzles that really tests your communication skills with your friend, all the while the game voiceover calls us both dumbasses.
Hard and fun puzzles. My friend almost rage quitted over Steve, the rocket :'-) It was so much fun!
This game is incredibly fun—it’s truly a masterpiece for two players—yet for some reason, it hasn't gained much traction. I hope everyone gives it a try!
