Starts out great. Way too hard way too many mechanics that don't make sense. 6/10 only because it is free great effort really bad execution.
What starts out as a good survival horror game with good writing and characters turns into hoping the RNG gives you good odds so you can actually scare away the sharks as you make your emergency ascent instead of getting eaten by them...or get eaten by the very shark you should be able to scare off. 0/10, none of the goodwill in the world matters if the endgame is broken.
Shark ate me 3/5

Wish I could have a "mixed" option, but this is basically just tedious underwater fnaf with bad dialog. However, if the dev is reading this, dont give up. Keep making things. Making things is hard, and the fact that you did says a lot. Keep on keepin on.

The concept of this game, on paper, seems really interesting. But you have to suspend a lot of disbelief to accept anything going on such as using a literal radio underwater (walkie-talkie style in hand) and a busted air tank for air (what?!) and moving a cage from inside with no physics. Plus if you need the laser cutter to get out, how the hell are the sharks getting in. Not great.

It's a cheap FNAF-style game where you use different techniques to ward off sharks in the confines of a dive cage (so far). Pretty simple, but a certain kind of difficult in the simplicity. The biggest hurdle is the controls. The game play itself is pretty simple and a matter of timing and doing the right motions when you hear certain noises, but the controls are making it so much more difficult. Moving is a standard WASD, to turn on your flashlight is F and the action button to rattle the cage, move it etc are E, and to rotate the camera you move the mouse. I am having the WORST time trying to move and hit the E and F buttons. I also can't move right and do either of those actions at the same time, and since I keep having to move right during attacks because of the corner it puts me in while pushing the cage I keep fumbling what should be an easy couple motions and getting eaten. I would prefer if they'd set the flashlight as the Space bar and the action button as the left button on the mouse. The sensitivity of certain things is also poorly done. I can be standing RIGHT where I need to be to rattle the cage to scare off the great white, but because I'm a pixel off it won't do it and I have to move forward or to the side. Pressing E might take me into the airtank from halfway across the cage or not work at all when I'm right on top of it. The story and voice acting are terrible and the graphics are pretty basic. This was noticeable right off because they had calm pool water graphics for the ocean when the boat's supposed to be speeding across the surface. The sharks look alright, but they're stationary even when attacking and supposedly thrashing the cage. This isn't a good game, but good enough for a free game and worth a try.
