beautiful
soda drinker pro review It seems interesting and the way that it breaks expectations at breakneck pace is innovative and would take a lot of work, but the core issues of the game permeate the whole game like a moldy cheese. 1. It practically requires controllers but the default mapping for my controller (ps5 controller) is absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. It turns camera left without any button pressed, then I can hold down left trigger to turn camera right and right trigger to turn camera up and down - except that holding right trigger all the way down pauses the game. 2. Once you reach the Vivian parts of the game, there are multiple flying sections which have the most painfully floaty controls, it's miserable to move around 3. I often can't control the camera when I feel like it would help and I don't know if that's intended or if the game is just broken in that way? 4. Sometimes the game just vibrates the camera slightly in a way that makes me dizzy 5. If you do have issues with the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ controller mapping and switch to keyboard/mouse, mouse looking has been implemented to be completely abrupt so it feels horrible - needs just a tiny bit of mouse input smoothing (2 frames is generally enough) to be okay! 6. The audio is poorly balanced - this is on purpose probably so that it can break expectations better I also think the game is at its best when it contrasts looking terrible with looking nice but only a couple screens look nice so it's mostly an offputting, jarring, confronting experience

The fact that this is the best game on the market almost a decade after release is astonishing. Puts the AAA video game industry to absolute shame.
