In a game where tempo and rhythm are crucial, I just wonder who greenlit this game ? None of the beatmaps are in key and come delayed.
The best slash so far
I played the original Slash It games almost a decade ago and remembered enjoying them, and I finally had a whim and played Slash It Ultimate. I can definitely say that this does not hold up well, and a big part of it is because of intentional design choices. Slash It Ultimate tries to be this multi-packaged rhythm game with multiple different game modes. However, the issue is that every single one of these game modes is subpar with flaws. For example, they have a four key arrow mode where instead of having each arrow be in their own place, they decide to sprinkle different arrows in different lines at different times. This is just artificially making it "harder" by messing with your habits. Word mode also eats into other words when two letters can both be typed in multiple words. There are other examples of this too, but the design really just is subpar. Additionally, I remember this game being $5 tops back in the days, so i was shocked when they are now charging $30 for this. Obviously it still ends up being dirt cheap since they discount it significantly, but this is some shady business practice of jacking prices up. Overall, this might have been better served in its time, but this is really not worth playing anymore in 2026.

As a rhythm game connoisseur, this may have been the worst 16 minutes of my life. Aside from the fake reviews, I tried to give this game a chance. I received the game key from a random keys mystery box, but I might as well have just spent that money literally anywhere else - not to mention that I didn't even pay the full ridiculous price of $30. You couldn't pay me any amount of money to ever touch this game again. From now on, saying "Slash It Ultimate" will be like a slur to rhythm game fans.

I bought this game only for the steam achievements (i'm a collector), but when i try this game, i found it to be very fun! I really enjoy playing this. Relaxing. 4/5. Buy it when its on sale
这个是史,手感稀烂,不要玩 如果你非要玩那就玩吧,玩完你也会这么说
this game has a lot of potential tbh, if it wasn't money grabbing and neglected
What would I say about this game? Probably nothing positive, it's confusing and generally made of crap, I wouldn't give 20e for it in my life, it's really wack. And the developer should go to HELL
