Ski Doom VR

Ski Doom VR is a free VR game. It worked on my Index system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok. You have choice of a Sled, Inner tube, snow board, skis. Once you pick up your snow movement device, the game begins and the movement is fast. I tried the tube, i could not turn it. I tried the sled, i could not turn it. You can get trapped on solid objects and just keep bouncing off them. The snow ride keeps moving you in one direction but it is not on an incline. I tried the skis, i figured out that you use your Touchpads to turn. I went pretty long till i found a long log rail blocking my path and the monster got me. I was thinking i might get motion sick but i didn't yet. Warning: This game has movement that might cause Motion Sickness. Try it, if you like to ski.

Fun little free game. Took a little bit to figure out how to turn and jump with the Index controllers but eventually got it. Definitely had a mini heart attack on launch day when the gorilla first got me, that dude can really book it. 6.5/10, with a little extra polish and maybe clearer instructions this could be a solid 7.5 or 8/10. Would recommend buying.

Прикольная игрушка с интересной механикой скольжения. Поддержка Индекс имеется. Графика примитивная но приятная. Учитывая, что эта игра бесплатная её стоит попробовать. Она на любителя, но может именно вам она понравится. P.S. Я наложил гору кирпичей когда за мной прибежал чубака в первый раз.

Steering is so sluggish no matter if I'm crouched or not, still not actually sure what the controls are. Kept getting stuck in the snow. You keep getting told you're supposed to be going "downhill" but it's an endless flat plane. Actually, not quite endless, I ran into a lot of orange barriers.

Great port, perfectly true to the original. Relaxing and horrifying.
