"Reach into that brick wall and grab one of those brains, please" Game is not playable in SteamVR's minimum area, which I happen to use. Specify your game's minimum play area on the store page, devs.
The Good: 1. Graphics are well done although the start room had some major shimmie issues for me 2. Easy to get into (Swing shovel, reload grip buttons, and throw brains with MCs) The not so good for me: 1. Wave Shooter type game...blah (I did like the brain level though) 2. Once Mummies get across chaperone you really have missing issues like all the other wave shooters and you immediately start losing life but can't see them hitting you 3. Spider level has the spiders just appearing so if you just looked in one direction and it is clear there might be a spider appearing as soon as you turn away. This leaves no room for anticipation and you will find your self constantly turning your head (more so than you should) because of this. I prefer to have them just walking from some place far so you can time things more accurately instead of just, "Surprise I'm here now but just wasn't !!! ". 4. It is a stationary wave game. I just wanted to travel around in the nice environments. Wave shooters are not very immersive or exciting for me. They may be 3D but I want to free-roam. Conclusion: If you like anything wave then this is for you. If you are like me and am tired of wave shooters then this probably won't hold your interest long but the brain level has promise and could use some more thought and last longer. That was a fun level even though it was a simple concept. Free so try it. Here is a first play video I did below. It will be viewable soon. https://youtu.be/OIKuy-idpic
Played On: HTC Vive
Six Feet Under is a trio of Halloween themed mini-games that are meant to be played back-to-back by one person, who accumulates a score across all games, and then passes the headset on to their friend to do the same while trying to achieve a higher score. In that regard, it's a very easy title to pick up, play, and pass off, but in every other aspect it's a featureless and dated release. You have your typical wave shooter where you fend off giant spiders, another somewhat wave shooter where you swing a shovel to kill mummies, and a brain tossing competition where you have to knock skulls off pedestals. By today's standards, there are a lot of better and prettier virtual reality games to play; especially when it comes to mini-games and party VR. The assets are horrendously dated, and to be honest the mini-games themselves really aren't all that fun to begin with. Back in September 2016 this title was more than likely a shining beacon of uniqueness and fun, but three years into consumer VR and it just hasn't aged that well. Check it out if you want, but there's only about five minutes of fun to be had here before moving on. Üç yer altı seviyesini keşfederken korkutmak ve korkutmak için tasarlanan bu Cadılar Bayramı partisi mini oyunları seçkisinde kendinizi yeraltında bulun. Kendinizi The Crypt, The Pyramid ve The Mine'a girme seçeneklerinin bulunduğu açık bir mezarda bularak başlayın. Yükselen su seviyeleriyle, mumyalarla ve dev örümceklerle savaşın.
Six Feet Under is three different VR games. It worked on my HTC Vive system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok. One game is shooting big spiders coming at you from four directions before they bite you. Another game is throwning brains at skulls on pedestals to knock them off within 60 seconds. Third game is smacking mummies that are attacking from four directions with a shovel before they hit you. Games good for Halloween. CONS: The controllers don't work with Meta Quest 3 via Steam Link. Try it and delete it.
Rettenetesen rossz játék. Esetlen irányítással, ide-oda röpködő ellenfelekkel.

"Six Feet Under" is a collection of three very mediocre VR tech demo/minigames, all of which just involve waving your arms around while immersed in a crappy looking collection of possibly flipped assets. There's almost nothing here, and certainly nothing of interest for gamers. The graphics in this game are passable, but could be better. And while it's vital for any game to have impressive visuals (gaming is a visual medium, after all), there's more to a game than just the graphics. To be worth a gamers time, the game must match top tier visuals with top tier gameplay, and that's not happening here. It's VR exclusive, and that shows the developer failed to understand the most basic axiom of VR game design... if the only cool thing about your product is VR support, your product is not cool. Not every "free" game really is. There's often MTX, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of things that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming industry, and should be applauded. Of course, just because something is free, doesn't necessarily mean it's valuable. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 4 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Not this time. This isn't worth downloading. While this won't cost you any money, you get what you pay for, and sometimes, even when the game is free, it's still not enough.
