About
Inspired by the ancient myth of Sisyphus, you are tasked with pushing a gigantic boulder up a hill. Reach each checkpoint before the rising water swallows you whole.
Consider this either as a puzzle where the puzzle is getting from point A to point B on a desolate landscape together with a hard-to-control oversized rolling rock. Or consider this a racing game where you rush over the same set of islands competing against growing rate of water increase.
Full disclosure: this game is largely a one person operation that is developed during spare time. There will be bugs and oddities. There are plans for both QoL and content updates, but without any overly specific timeline. Nonetheless the core functionality is there which is why I will not be labeling this early access, limited demo, etc.
If you do purchase the game, glad to have you on board and let's see where the boulder rolls.

The best thing is when you kick the boulder and it goes flying really far. The worst is when the boulder rolls all the way back down the hill. It's a minimalist game for those who like the feeling of overcoming and mastering frustrating mechanics. It's just you and your boulder alone on an island and every time you hit a goal someone moves the goalpost. It's surprisingly easy to roll the boulder but that also becomes your biggest obstacle since the terrain is all hills. It becomes a lesson in patience of finding the right footholds to keep your boulder buddy from rolling into the sea and aiming it in the right direction.
