Shoot Trip Die is a psychedelic, arcade, rogue-like romp! Finger blast your way through dozens of levels mowing down strange monsters and collecting even weirder items, all to get back to your pissed stained mattress! It's got Kick! It's got Bite! And It'll Mess. You. Up! You got what it takes?...

Me when I enter The Beebis Edge (it has one of the best songs I've heard in a rougelike):
.
The base game is very good, very good soundtrack, graphic style and setting. The controls and the first two worlds are excellent too, but it's from World 3 where the game begins to present its biggest problems. On World 3, the difficulty curve escalates suddenly, with enemis that fit your movement pattern perfectly, enemies that teleport behind you, or a bartard that drains your life and moves at high speed (Oh and which has like 8 hit points, great.) There are also Power-Ups that should level up more depending on the situation, for example the "Scry Bullets" Item turns the World 2 boss into a complete clown if you camp behind a wall and stay there until you defeat him. that sucks man. The game itself is quite enjoyable, but I think there is still a lot to be polished and perfected in future updates. It would be great if you could find secret rooms in levels like The Binding Of Isaac to provide you with upgrades and life in a much fairer and more entertaining way. It would not be bad to nerf enemies too (Like the ones in World 3) Or even translations into other lenguages or a cooperative/multiplayer mode. I've loved this game since the NewGrounds Demo, and I want it to be a great game much better than it currently is. It can be better, but what it has to offer at the moment is not bad at all.
