The first time game halted after intro, the second time after first dialogue. It does not even crushes — just freezes at random point and stops reacting to keys/mouse, not affecting windows or system at all (except CPU 100% overload the whole time if you didn't force framerate limit in nvidia drivers). UNPLAYEBLE. Wrote about issues long time ago in "Feedback time" discussion by devs — got zero reaction, total ignore for months (while they doing updates and start new conversations — and ignoring my feedback there too). I asked for refund and got denyed.
Not worth bying.
(yet? idk...)
Short, repetitive and not very fun. Even the sex scenes are boring.

A mystery unfolds on a distant space station. You are trapped with Cassiopeia, an alluring blonde. One of you isn't human. But... are you sure you care? Decent enough.
Not a bad game. But it's far to short and I would only advise getting this in a sale. Basic premise of a story, You have a short time to repair a space station with the help of a female android called Cassiopeia. Of course being an adult game this android has some odd customs but it was worth £2 of any ones money.

SEXSTELLAR, developed by Carnality INC and published by Taboo Tales, stands as one of the most audacious and controversial indie releases on Steam in recent memory. At first glance, it presents itself as a darkly seductive hybrid between narrative adventure and psychological simulation, but beneath that surface lies an experience designed to unsettle as much as it intrigues. From its minimalist price point to its visually stylized aesthetic, SEXSTELLAR is both a curiosity and a challenge, testing the boundaries of what players will tolerate in the name of artistic freedom and adult storytelling. The developers clearly intended the game to provoke strong reactions, and in that regard, it succeeds spectacularly. It is not a comfortable game to play—nor is it meant to be—but its deliberate discomfort is part of what gives it its strange power. The setting evokes a futuristic and isolated environment, where the player navigates the interior of a ship that feels equal parts sterile and claustrophobic. The characters inhabiting this world are drawn with an uncanny mix of erotic allure and emotional dysfunction, giving the narrative a feeling of constant tension between intimacy and revulsion. The writing often oscillates between bleak humor, sardonic commentary, and moments of raw, unfiltered sexuality that border on the grotesque. There is a distinct sense that the developers were attempting to create an atmosphere where taboo desires and moral decay coexist within the same claustrophobic space, forcing the player to reflect on their own thresholds of acceptance. Every interaction, every line of dialogue, seems crafted to unsettle—whether through implication or through direct confrontation with acts and relationships that most games dare not depict. Gameplay-wise, SEXSTELLAR combines light puzzle-solving with interactive exploration. Players examine the environment, repair ship systems, and uncover secrets through careful observation, dialogue choices, and experimentation. The inclusion of tasks such as fixing a reactor or accessing medical and airlock areas provides structure to an otherwise story-driven experience. These mechanical elements are simple but effective in grounding the player’s progression, making the game feel more like an eerie space survival experience than a passive visual novel. However, the true focus remains on the narrative and its psychological implications. The interactions are littered with sardonic remarks and hidden jokes that serve as both levity and discomfort, as though the game itself is mocking the player’s willingness to engage with its dark subject matter. This self-awareness adds an unexpected layer of intelligence to the design, blurring the line between satire and sincerity. The art direction complements the game’s tone with a deliberately stylized presentation that merges sensuality with menace. The character designs are exaggerated but expressive, rendered with a glossy yet unsettling quality that emphasizes both attraction and unease. Lighting and sound design work together to reinforce the feeling of isolation, with ambient noises and haunting tones punctuating scenes of stillness and quiet dread. The soundtrack alternates between subtle synth undertones and distorted electronic pulses, creating a sense of unease that never fully dissipates. The aesthetic presentation contributes significantly to the immersive, dreamlike quality of the experience, allowing players to feel as if they are drifting through a feverish hallucination where desire, fear, and guilt intertwine. What ultimately defines SEXSTELLAR, however, is its willingness to confront taboo subjects head-on. The story delves into psychological and moral territories that most mainstream games avoid entirely, exploring elements of incest, obsession, cannibalism, and the breakdown of human empathy. Whether these topics are explored with depth or used as instruments of shock is open to interpretation. Some players may find the extremity of its content gratuitous, even exploitative, while others may view it as a raw and unflinching examination of the human psyche when stripped of societal restraint. The moral ambiguity and unapologetic tone make it a polarizing experience, one that cannot be consumed passively. Its transgressive nature forces players to question their own reactions, blurring the line between discomfort and fascination. The narrative does not reward moral clarity; instead, it thrives on contradiction, leaving players uncertain whether they are participating in a critique of depravity or indulging in it. Despite its boundary-pushing nature, SEXSTELLAR demonstrates an unexpected level of polish and coherence for a low-budget independent title. Its interactivity, environmental storytelling, and attention to detail all suggest a developer committed to more than shock value. There are hidden interactions, multiple endings, and subtle cues that reward attentive players, giving the experience a surprising degree of replayability. The writing, though abrasive, is confident and stylistically distinct, offering flashes of dark humor amid its nihilistic worldview. Yet for all its ambition, the game remains short, with most players completing it within a few hours. This brevity works in its favor, however, as it prevents the intensity of its themes from becoming numbing or repetitive. The compact length ensures that every moment, no matter how disturbing, feels deliberate and contained within the suffocating logic of its world. SEXSTELLAR is not a game for everyone—indeed, it is arguably not for most players at all. Its provocative content and uncompromising tone ensure that it will alienate as many as it captivates. But for those willing to engage with it on its own terms, it offers a rare and unfiltered glimpse into the darker corners of interactive storytelling. It is a work that refuses to moralize or comfort, preferring instead to unsettle and provoke. Whether one sees it as a daring experiment in narrative form or as an exercise in excess, it undeniably leaves a lasting impression. In an industry that often prizes safety and predictability, SEXSTELLAR dares to be both repulsive and fascinating, a piece of interactive art that is as disturbing as it is unforgettable. Rating: 6/10
Its ok i guess. Models are nice and the animations are good. But It took a while to get interesting.
