Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I had high hopes for this. It has turned into a multiplayer game, requiring you to join with others. I don't play that way. I wanted a single player game.
Simulation meets Arcade. Also 12 bft. Also 5- 6 bft.

I think instead of adding features they should first focus on gameplay, half of the features are not fully worked out. Bad optimazion, broken campaign, arcade like repetetive gameplay. Hope they will improve because the game has potential.
I don't understand what the game wants. I sail into a harbour (Fort Westport) in the Herbert and get the message that I've discovered it, but when I go to my Tablet, that harbour is still locked and I can't view the available cargoes. The only two harbours that are unlocked are Mettington (which has Oil on offer at 165) and Sandham (which wants Oil but only at 154) so I would lose money on each cargo. In earlier sessions I've ended up soft-locked at the end of a mission where the last step is "Return to Ship" when I'm already on the ship and no matter where I go it won't tick off that last step. I had to create a new Profile and start all over again to progress. I managed to rescue/repair a stranded boat, but later could not manage to rescue shipwrecked people from the water. No matter how close I appeared to be from the helm, when I got to the side of the ship the lifebelts would not throw out far enough! I eventually threw about a dozen overboard in the general vicinity and then ran over one of the survivors and managed to pick him up by fluke (perhaps knocking a lifebelt into him?). I think I would enjoy the game if I could only work out what I'm doing wrong (or why what I'm doing doesn't work)
Spent $15 to play crane simulator. Remove us having to do the loading or some way to speed it up bc i spent 25 minutes just loading containers.
Runs like straight poop from a butt and it's not a simulator BUT if you are looking for an arcadey ship game then this is perfect. if you are looking for a simulator then go for ships at sea or stormworks
wouldn't recommend until they improve optimisation, it doesn't run well on any settings regardless of pc specs
No wonder the mixed reviews... Many people complain the simulation is not that realistic, engines behave and perform unrealistically and the sea itself also has some generous nature to it. But that was fine by me, after all, I was looking for something more relaxed, yet detailed enough to enjoy, and seeing the screenshots with the interiors of these big ships, thinking it would mean I could manage the ships with proper immersion, it quickly got my attention! But as it turns out, most of most ships are just empty, and there's not much to do (steer and some vague QTE maintenance in the engines, that's all). Not even going "for a drive" feels fun in the game, is little more than a screensaver honestly. But "no worries" I thought to myself "it's EA and I am sure the devs have plenty in store!". Alas... the game leaves EA in less than a month, so this game is clearly not getting any better. I am glad it happened just within my refund window!
This game should be called Seafarer: The Cargo Loading Sim because that's what you'll be doing 90% of the time if you want to sail the larger ships. Very repetitive gameplay and very slow progression when it comes to increasing level, reputation, and earning money. The game needs passenger ships and passenger missions. The graphics are okay. Ships and ports look good, even the water looks okay. The wake your ship makes looks absolutely horrible. I want to like this game because there really aren't any modern ship simulators out there but this game is just not fun in it's current state. It feels more like a chore.
I was very happy at first. Then the problems started. There is no way to see in the dark. An essential part of any seafarers equipment, is a torch. There are none. In the pitch black, below deck, how is one supposed to see? I have also had other bugs and reading many posts, it appears the game is full of bugs the further one progresses. I am not wasting my time finding out. When the game has been fixed, and is playable without game breaking bugs. I may return.
