Some may say I'm a little too old to be playing this sort of game or part of the demographic for it, but I don't care, this game is so precious. What we have here is somewhat of a demo made by Cozy Strawberry giving you a taste of a series set on a mountain sprinkler with a range of characters with cute pet names like Strawberry (who we are playing as). The point-and-click interaction is nothing to write home about and the game is fairly short, but I come out of it full of joy from the friendly narration and sweet voice acting spoken with a lot of determination from one person, that this game delivered. I like to think this game speaks well to the developer's personalities or who they are as a person in a positive light. For that, I'll be happy to be to trying out the other series to see what cosy startup adventure would lead to, even if I'm playing it in my 80s. I may even get other family members like my little chickpea (my niece) to play this once she learns how to talk or at the very least not destroy my PC.

Da muy mal rollo
"Seaberry Holiday" is a cutesy cartoony set of minigames stapled onto a short (~15 minute) point and click adventure game. There's a festive theme as you help prepare for Christmas, which involves clicking around, hidden objects, a bit of decorating, but honestly, this might as well just be a Youtube video. And for 15 minutes worth of gameplay? Not worth the time it takes to download and install. It's also clunky thanks to PyGame/Ren'Py, the garbage duo for e-books and other "might as well be Flash" shovelware. The game features really lacklustre 2D visuals (does the developer not know 3D graphics became mainstream in the mid-1990s?). Gamers don't spend thousands of dollars on gaming rigs to pretend they're mobile phones. Not every "free" game really is. There's often MTX, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of things that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming industry, and should be applauded. Of course, just because something is free, doesn't necessarily mean it's valuable. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 4 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Not this time. This isn't worth downloading. While this won't cost you any money, you get what you pay for, and sometimes, even when the game is free, it's still not enough.
This game immediately brings a smile to my face. I loved a lot of things about the game and I find it to be so cute. Good I loved the art. I loved the voice acting. I thought the songs were great! I really liked the two songs with vocals. The one in the bakery was kind of funny. I liked decorating the village. I’m pretty sure there are multiple endings for what you buy with the money so that’s cool. Renpy is a great engine to make a game in and I thought the dev made good use of it. Good job on that! Decorating the cookies was cute. The game is short. It’s a Christmas game. It was made by one person and I love that. The personal touch. Not so great The songs don’t repeat/loop The decorations are hidden in the snow. Even though the game tells you this, and gives a hint by showing a bit of a shoe, I didn’t fully realize that I had to actually move the snow until I got to the plaza area. Conclusion I kinda wish I had played this game during Christmas of last year when I had it on my wishlist. I was trying to beat the other games in my library and it passed me by. Now that I have the time, I tried it out and I loved it! Good job on this! I see a new game so I’ll get that. :-]
merry christmas
A heartwarming, relaxing experience. it has a unique style and the game gives peace of mind. You can finish it in about 10 to 30 minutes, it depends on your playstyle, I highly recommend it. There is a real soul in this game. Here is my gameplay; this may give you an idea. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rair6mvZKO8
Great game althoug a bit short. And the Achievements are easy to get, so it's an easy 5/5. Decide for yourself.
A Short cute holiday Treat. Its not the deepest of adventures, but its sweet just like a Christmas Cookie. Actually makes me kinda wanna see the franchise and other games. In a way this brings me back to the shareware Christmas Games which really are glorified demos. All in all, had a good time, and it was free
I think simple and wholesome point & click games like Seaberry Holiday make the perfect games for the holiday season, kudos to the developers for showing some love to a genre that could use more entries!
