About
Savage is a single-player action game that allows players to experience MMORPG-style boss battles. Two characters, the Paladin and the Archer, each fulfill their roles and take on formidable enemies in battle.
This game, which focuses on boss battles, requires no tedious pre-battle preparations or boring wait times for matchmaking. Dive into ultimate boss fights immediately after starting the game!
This game is for players who:
Love high-end MMO raids
Enjoy learning boss mechanics
Prefer mastering fights alone
In MMORPGs, leveling up and gathering equipment are usually necessary preparations. However, in this game, which focuses on boss battles, players can challenge a boss immediately after starting the game.
There are about 30 types of boss battles available, including high-difficulty battles that could be considered endgame content, all of which can be played solo.
There's no need to wait for team members to assemble. You won't be bothered by the need to communicate with other players. Enjoy battling formidable foes on your own to your heart's content.
The battle progresses in real time, with two characters each fulfilling their roles to defeat the boss. Typically, the character not controlled by the player is either managed by the CPU or another player, but this game is different. You will control both characters simultaneously in real time.
For example, in terms of movement controls, the left stick on the gamepad controls the Paladin, while the right stick controls the Archer, allowing intuitive operation of each character with your left and right hands respectively. (Keyboard and mouse controls are also available.)
This control scheme enables a game experience similar to MMORPGs, where the battle progresses from multiple character perspectives simultaneously, even though it's a single-player game.

FFXIV raiding: the game Featuring +No queue time +No static drama +No tome grinding +Wipes to your hearts content
Solid addition to the growing "I want to do FFXIV raids but I don't really want to play FFXIV itself anymore" genre. If you're already bored of the current savage tier in FFXIV proper and want something to prog while waiting for next tier play this.
Fantastic game. If you enjoy endgame raiding in Final Fantasy XIV, you will find so much to enjoy here. (Or, if you like Rabbit & Steel's boss fights, too!) Purely singleplayer, but that allows you to play at your own pace. As of writing this, the developer is still adding more bosses for free(!). Some of these new bosses have mechanics that are very original and fun, beyond what FFXIV has on offer If the game interests you, give the demo a shot. But be warned, save data does not carry over so you will need to redo the fights you completed in the demo version.
Outstanding A must play for any 14 fan
A fun, single-player series of MMO-style raid/boss fights. Your characters level up, providing persistent progression. Some bosses give you the opportunity to earn equipment by completing them without a KO, giving you a reason to retry some of the harder fights. Once you complete the normal fights there are Extreme alternatives, something akin to FFXIV's Savage raids. They're faster, meaner, and require a real understanding of the mechanics to survive. A solid recommendation, especially if you're in the mood for something similar to Rabbit and Steel.
As a WoW Mythic Raider, I’m blown away. This game is way more fun than wiping for 3 hours, 3 nights a week with 20 other people. I thought controlling two characters would make the game less enjoyable and needlessly frustrating but instead, it added a layer of challenge that felt rewarding and earned, it helps that most mechanics didn’t feel cheap or unfair either. It’s always a good time when you can solve a puzzle and come up with a solid strategy. PRO: - You can finally carry your own raid without having to multibox. CON: - You can’t blame other raid members for your own mistakes anymore. It’s definitely a great endorsement for FFXIV, I might finally have to give it a shot.
Great game that still receives frequent free content updates.
Really fun game and has a lot of content for the price. Perfect for those that want to learn boss patterns on their own like in the big MMOs, but in solo play.
このゲームの死に覚えでパターン構築する感覚が結構好きなんだけど、もしかして某MMOゲープレイヤー達はこんな緻密な動きをチームプレイで、しかも1トライに数十分かけながらやってるの・・・?
