Rustler (Grand Theft Horse)

this game is pretty goofy lol

I'd like to see a whole movie or a mini-series with the same production value the live-action opening has. The game itself plays like GTA 1 or 2 but set in the medieval times. It's an over-the top open-world action game with mission-based progression and various collectables that reward exploration.

its alright abit fetch questy and the controls are horrible but overall i can see it being a solid game, i have it on the switch aswell which it feels like it was made for but if your going to port it atleast make the controls mint and also fix the camera damn

Es un GTA medieval con una gran cantidad de referencia de películas muy locas y divertidas que te harán pasar un buen rato, lo recomiendo mucho es un planazo sin fisuras.

Если честно игра на любителя в сравнении с оригинальной Gta 2 и Gta Chinatown, геймплей не удобен, ездить на лошади не удобно, загонять её в стойло тоже не удобно, я пару раз промахивался на первой миссии, меня игра не смогла заинтересовать после первого квеста с первой дракой и первым угоном лошади играть в это не хочется, но если вам нравятся части Gta с видом сверху попробовать поиграть стоит, может быть вам понравится.

this game has a lot of potential, i understand it's trying to be reminiscent of the old gta top-down games, but the camera angle is awful, the way it changes when you go through an alley is worse. I just couldn't get past it. if i could at least rotate the camera myself, i might be able to get into it. but the camera angle and lack of control feels like it clashes with literally every other mechanic of the game. is it was fully top down, and had just a 2d world, like the gta games it's trying to emulate, the camera angle would work. but in this game, which, otherwise, while not gold, would be a fun little medieval chaos game like postal or gta, it just makes it difficult to enjoy. I'm glad I waited until this game was on sale based on that alone. I genuinely think if you just gave players more freedom with the camera, the game would suddenly become a B reel hit. but as it is, I can't force myself to play it. and i enjoy a lot of retro, isometric, top down games, it's not just me being spoiled by modern mechanics- there's something seriously janky with the camera in this game and it's holding back what could be a decent game. I'll be keeping and periodically checking in instead of refunding, because it was 2.49 and i do believe it has potential, but it seriously needs some polish and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone as is.
