I didn't want to make this a bad review, I REALLY didn't. The concept looks awesome. But . . . the controls, oh god, the controls. First they aren't customizable. I'm left handed. I always rebind movement keys to the arrow keys on the right side, because using WASD is really uncomfortable for me. Can't do it. More importantly the view rotates wildly with every slight movement of the mouse, but the character's stance remains the same until he moves. So when you try and fight your attacker, you suddenly realize that you're actually beating up a wall while your attacker is laying into you from behind with a pitchfork because the view rotated but the character didn't. Combined with the un-rebindable keys, this makes the game unplayable for me. And that's a crying shame, because I really do think it looks very cool, especially for a free game. If the developer fixes these problems I will happily give Rust 'n Dust another chance.
not bad for a freebie bur needs save functionality.

FIRST! Cute game, I just wish I could get out of the first fenced in area without dying. As soon as I finally manage to kill the first 3 baddies in that area, I just die as soon as I leave the area. There is obviously something else I need to do, but whatever that is, it is NOT obvious.
The game itself has some nice ideas and some of the playable aspects of it are quite fun, but the game needs A LOT of polish when it comes to performance and some work on the animations of the characters/moving objects. There's potential but a lot to improve too. Here you have some footage of the game: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H4wpxHLV4qI
I think this game is a good game for someone starting to make games. I have problems with optimization, i get terrible frames and by no means do i have a bad gpu. other than the optimization of frames the games is pretty enjoyable, I would give it a 6/10.
nice 2
The scenery is awesome and I loved learning to "ride the horse", and the direction is super too. A bit glitchy, with being shot at and the shooters may literally glitch away even though I'm still getting shot at. The worst part though is that when I exit, the game doesn't save my progress.
Hey! I got the world record ANY% if you want to watch!! Drop a like too!! i enjoy this game!! https://youtu.be/LzwBpCC6_Io
