I wanted a fishing simulator, but what I got was an MMO with fishing mechanics. The biggest problem is the complete lack of realism. A rod rated for 10 kg should not feel useless against fish that are supposedly much smaller. In real life, an experienced angler can land fish heavier than the rod's rating by using the drag properly and taking time to tire the fish out. In this game, even small fish can pull like a whale and randomly destroy your equipment. Another issue is the economy. Fish prices often make no sense. Sometimes a larger fish is worth less than a much smaller one simply because of arbitrary game balance. It completely breaks immersion. Instead of rewarding skill, the game often feels like it punishes you with artificial mechanics designed to slow progression. The fishing itself can be enjoyable, but the unrealistic tackle behavior and strange economy constantly remind you that this is not a true simulator. If you're looking for a realistic fishing experience, this game will probably disappoint you. It feels more like grinding in an MMO than actual fishing.

Einfach NEIN! Im Gegensatz von vor ca. vier Jahren hat dieses Spiel nichts mehr mit einer Angelsimulation gemein. Während genanntem Zeitraum hat man dort ordentlich Fische gefangen und als Premium gut gelevelt. Mittlerweile (2026) hat man das ganze zu einer Cashcow umfunktioniert. Punkt Ende!
