I started playing this game through Steam and wanted to purchase the premium subscription, but in-game purchases aren't supported through the Steam version. I contacted support, and they told me the only way to buy premium was to migrate my account to their standalone client (downloaded from their website). I followed their instructions and migrated my account. Their client then failed to launch properly. I contacted support again and sent them full diagnostic logs of the issue. Despite this, they were unable to fix it or restore my access. As a result, I lost my account entirely — including a high level and significant progress built up over time. Understandably frustrated, I left a critical comment about the game (not directed at any individual). Instead of addressing the technical failure or offering any compensation, support responded by banning me. To summarize: - No working in-game purchase option through Steam - Support-recommended migration path led to a broken client - Diagnostics submitted, no fix provided - Account and progress lost due to their software issue - Critical feedback resulted in a ban, not a resolution I can't recommend a game where a broken official client can cost you your account, and where the response to legitimate criticism is a ban rather than a fix.
