great game, would love it if it expands and they make alot of other maps to it
Vale a pena !
great game for a beta im excited to see the content on release and the coming years. my laptop in buns but i havent had a crash yet. hope they optimize it soon
muito bom e pra mim ta rodando bem no steam deck
So far so good, excited for the future. Pros: -Runs really well. My computer aint that great and when playing this it doesn't make that noise it usually does when running a game with this level of detail. -This game shines when playing with friends. More so than other survival games, Much of the way Dragonwilds delivers gratification is in the rewards one recieves in repeating monotonous tasks. This usually means the ability to make something useful, but also being better at doing that specific thing. Maybe that specific thing is really annoying to do, but you're the one in the group whose invested enough time to be able to bypass that annoying thing for the resource it offers or get double of said resource from doing said annoying thing. It doesn't lock other players out from the content but it creates a natural social loop where party members get to excel in the things they like to do and can be called upon by their friends for their expertise. Jagex has been tuning their mastery of transforming tedium into dopamine for decades and it shows here. Thankfully, not to the scale of their mainline MMOs. Cons: - Integration of extra content later on and more skills could make current and future dungeons more exciting, the existing early dungeons feel a little alien and almost like a different game/universe. - Combat feels...alright. Perhaps true to OSRS design, player-skill should pale in comparison to the importance of preparation (optimal buffs, ideal ammunition, specific gear like the anti-dragon shield) and a player's capacity to fight attritionally (at least early to mid-game). Perhaps the opposite is true and player-skill should take centre stage over proper buff and gear management. I don't really have an answer or preference, but combat could use a few more layers.
This game has been eating away all my time lately. I truly love it so much! Surprisingly few massive bugs. Gameplay is smooth and optimized. The crafting and building is easy and fun! I especially love the gameplay loop. Gathering new materials to craft newer and better items is quite rewarding.
