RUN GUN ZR is a paid VR endless runner game with low graphics. It worked on my Index, Quest 3 via Steam Link, and HTC Vive system, looked ok, played so-so, sounded ok. The theme is zombies so you can kill some zombies as you run. You can use an axe and pistol. Maybe buy on sale, if you like other endless runner games in VR. I got a free key for this from the Steam Curator program. ViVE VR curator group
Disclaimer: I've received this game for free via Curator Connect. Run Gun ZR is an extremely barebones infinite runner in VR with awful visuals and bland gameplay. Half-baked games from 2016-2018, like Tornuffalo or Angelus Brand VR are much better looking and more fun to play. Gunplay is unsatisfying, feels like shooting peas at paper enemies. Physical dodging is ok (vaulting is actually pretty good), but obstacles are boring and repetitive. Visuals are unbelievably bad for Unreal Engine 4. Works on Reverb G2
Good Game. Has potential! I've had the opportunity to play 'RUN GUN ZR' and I must say, it's an enjoyable experience. The gameplay itself is quite entertaining, offering a unique take on the Infinite Runner genre in VR. The mechanics of dodging, jumping, and vaulting through obstacles and zombies provide a good challenge. One aspect that stood out to me is the limited motion sickness. It's impressive that the game manages to maintain a comfortable experience, which is crucial in VR gaming. Players can dive into the action without worrying too much about discomfort. The core objective of running as far as you can and unlocking new weapons adds a nice progression element to the game. It keeps things engaging and encourages replayability. Additionally, the introduction of different enemy types adds variety to the gameplay, making each run feel fresh and exciting. Overall, 'RUN GUN ZR' has great potential. With further development and polish, it could become an even more immersive and captivating VR experience. I'm excited to see how the game evolves in the future updates.
