Still the very right choice for people who have a deep hatred of geometrical shapes. compared to past entries, this game looks cleaner and so far plays way different. no zombies/ground-pased enemies and expecially compared to the first Rule, the weapons feel more powerful. As for now, a very fun game and i'm looking forward to more stuff being added :)
A fun arena shooter where you commit mass murder on geometrical shapes. With changing weapons and different enemy spawns each wave, it always keeps you on your toes as no run is the same. Highly recommend if you like games that are easy to learn but hard to master. Setup a playlist of your favorite music and get to blasting your way to a high score!
tis the best of the trilogy! 10/10
Fun for what it is
I really liked the previous games, which is why I was looking forward to the third installment. However, I've noticed that with each new release, they've become less optimized. The first game runs perfectly on ultra settings. The second game has a significant frame rate drop at the beginning, but it's only temporary and playable on medium and low graphics. But this third installment simply won't open for me. It just keeps loading and then closes automatically. I only managed to run it once, and it was incredibly laggy. I tried adjusting the settings to see if it was a graphics issue, but I couldn't lower the graphics quality. I'd like them to focus on optimizing the game for different systems. I don't know much about it, to be honest. I only know that my laptop has a Ryzen 3 3250U, 8GB of DDR4 RAM, and Vega 3 graphics. Thank you for your attention.
As someone who hasnt played the previous Rule games, I was definitely confused at first, but I looked around, played some runs and started to progress which was pretty fun. The movement feels very good, except for the feeling I get that I need another movement ability, such as a double jump or dash (That could be an upgrade but Im not sure). The weapons are very interseting and I love the art of all the different characters aswell as the many particle effects constantly flashing everywhere. This will certainly be a game that I comeback to for longer periods of time to try and beat my highscore
good game, good Indie
