About
Ruby and the Lost Crystals is a calm third-person puzzle adventure where you swap between two characters with unique abilities to solve magical puzzles, activate mechanisms, and explore the ruins of a forgotten civilisation.

You control:
Ruby, a young girl who can physically interact with the environment: push blocks, turn capstan, activate pressure plate and jump.
Sapphire, a magical stone fairy who shoots projectiles to illuminate crystals, activate platforms, and swap the positions of objects.
Switch between the two to solve puzzles combining logic, spatial reasoning, timing, and magical interactions.
Each area introduces new mechanics, combined in creative ways as the game progresses:
Illuminate lost crystals
Redirect and combine coloured lasers.
Teleport objects to create paths and platforms
Move blocks and platforms to reach new areas
Interact with pressure plates, rotatable structures, or long-range triggers
The puzzles are handcrafted to challenge your thinking without ever overwhelming, encouraging experimentation and observation.

This peaceful third-person puzzle adventure invites players to explore two handcrafted zones filled with ancient ruins, magical devices, and hidden secrets. Through a blend of light dialogue, stylised visuals, and an evolving original soundtrack, the game offers a calm and focused solo experience built around thoughtful interactions and the cooperation between two unique characters.
A mi personalmente no me dijo mucho.

Cute little demo, very relaxing! It's beautiful to look at, the music is peaceful, and the gameplay isn't very demanding. Would definitely be interested to see a full game!
It was a charming demo for what it was. However, it was unclear the developer's intention. School project? Demo for a game they actually hope to make? PR project for company that got axed? The puzzles were pretty simple over all but at one point I did manage to do something they hadn't imagined. This left the floating puzzle unrecoverable and had to start the entire thing over. I don't have any real complaints abut the game but wish it had been a bit more clear about just how incomplete the project was.
So I'm a bit confused as to how people have over an hour of game play when I completed the first big crystal then couldn't play past that... I can't really say that I'm for or against it despite it being pretty easy gameplay. I thought it was going to be the full game as it doesn't say that it isn't the complete game anywhere. I am looking forward to the final product though.
No save game option. Or at least I haven't found out how to do it. Best to play in one setting.
The games art style is truly quite relaxing and the music has such a serene feel to it, it nails the calm and relaxing puzzle game but not to the point your mind wanders. While at first the puzzles are rather simplistic at first they ramp up quite nicely. Introducing new elements as you go on at a reasonable and followable pace. The collectables were somewhat enjoyable to find. The game starting of quite small into a pan and full view of the map was great, it didn't seem like some insurmountable peak that i would never be able to climb. The holding "T" to return to the last checkpoint wasn't bad in fact the animation was actually really good and what most would have thought unnecessary but i think it looks amazing and fits quite well with the general theme. Speaking of theme the design was great, I'm not really a fan of motion blur in the slightest in fact i would honestly petition it to be removed period but that's neither here nor there. This world has such an atmosphere to it where it just grabs you for some reason. I think the multiple levels to the towers and how both are intertwined really makes it feel more open and keeps your mind fresh. You're not constantly sitting in the exact same room thinking "What did i not do" or "what did i miss". I completed the game at around 32 minutes and you said this was rather a prototype. So thoughts, Firstly for a small relaxing game that i could jump into it was way more enjoyable than i first thought it would be. Secondly I think this was way more than a prototype at that AAA studio's release full games More "Half Baked" than this so be proud. Now for the 2 criticism i had while playing. 1 there is a single spot in the tower where your Ruby can fall through. (It is by the section with the Elevator where Ruby has to make this ball go into a hole in the floor below it) She falls through if your unlucky with your stepping and step on one of the small holes and fall through. Luckily no problem as you can just call the elevator back down as the spawn zone when i fell through kept causing me to reset mid air below the elevator. 2 And my second gripe is just at times the text moves too fast for a reader to enjoy the scenery and read what the characters are saying. I think either slow the speed at which the text appears only slightly. Or you could even potentially voice act yourself if need be. Thank you for this game i will definitely come back to check up on it every few months.
