RTS Creator

I, and many others, purchased this under the assumption it would be developed into a piece of software that would allow us to create RTS games. However, RTS Creator has been completely abandoned without even a "Goodbye" from its developers, just total silence for years now, and I clung to a little shred of hope that they would return, but they have not. It can even be argued that the store page for this is false advertising, a line claiming that the features of RTS Creator would grow, but they have not, and will not. As it stands, you can make a barely functioning generic and extremely basic RTS that looks like it came out of the early 2000s, and it will look and play almost the same as any other game made within it. When I tried to make as game in RTS Creator, I found it was missing many key features that the developers promised would be added in the future. And so I waited. And waited. And waited. I feel that over four years is a long enough wait.

Crashes all time. SpringRTS is a better choice and its free.

Don't buy - broken - should definitely not be sold.

Take a look at Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne Editor and deal with the bug where you can't cancel with the ESC key when you press Start. And that then the mouse gets stuck. Or that you can't tell an AI in a table with which units (and how many) or abilities it attacks.And when the AI attacks time loops. Or that you can only play 8 players instead of 16 players and neutral faction. Or that you can have allies. And that of course there can be enemies that can have allies. Or that there is no camera for tracking shots for movie sequences. Or that there are no cliffs and cliff steps to place where you can also place slopes where you can go up with units. Believe in your project RST Creator.
