Royale Age: Battle of Kings

Hi, this game is fun to play and has great potential. Unfortunately it is a multiplayer game without players and so i can´t recommend it. Playing against bots gets boring quickly, so i will refund it. If the developer reads this review: In my opinion you have two options. First you can stick to your multiplayer-only concept, but then you have to make the game free-to-play and advertise more. Maybe then a community will form and you won't only have to play against bots. Secondly, you could make a spearate coop/solo game out of it. (Free for those who own the first one, otherwise you won't be popular) I imagine a game in which you have to reconquer your kingdom as a prince, and with each battle you can choose a new unit and build up an army. At the end you are crowned king and as king you can expand your kingdom and build up your army. So it would be a mix of a roguelike and grand strategy game. (I will change my rating if something improves)

perfecto RTS battle royale, son partidas rapidas, donde farmeas y te vas enfrentando en una arena con 8 enemigos, mapas generado proceduralmente, siempre una experiencia distantia.. me gusto. agregaria un modo cooperativo o duplas, nada mas... veo futuro en este juego

I've followed this game's development for a while, and I absolutely love it. the devs are great, the game is fun and it's easy to see its longevity. It truly is a perfect mix of an Auto Battler and a Battle Royal, the Battle Royal aspect brings a new horizon to the genre, it allows for a more dynamic and less static game-play that I usually find in Auto Battlers. The aesthetic of the game is great, its hand-drawn art style is cute, and the characters/units have some funny clever lines. The game has unlockable cosmetics such as skins for units, emotes and pets, you buy them in the shop that has a rotation set of wears that changes. The currency you get by completing achievements and from just playing the game, I expect to see quite a few more unlockables as the game goes through its early access. [h1] The Concerns [/h1] The biggest concern is the small player base right now, as the game is from an indie company with no real marketing budget, I wish the game had been f2p so the barrier to entry would have been smaller. But it is still too early to say as the game has only been out for a little over a day at the time of writing this review, a good thing is that it replaces players with "hidden" bots so your never stuck unable to play because of long queues, I do wish the bots scaled better depending on the matches elo. I would also like to see some more units and game modes, right now the game has 4 unit types with 3 units each (12 units) which limits the game's builds a bit. and the game currently only has 1 game mode. But this is somewhat expected since it's early access, so I'm sure more stuff is coming.

The game feels like a downgrade from the old version, a TBS based strategy game was cool to see and i always enjoyed playing it, but this is a battle royale that has 0 skill requirement and gets boring after an hour. Just cant recommend the most plain game ever

Enjoyed it a lot! The games strategic style fits perfect to the Story. Perfect to play with Family perfect for the kids. The graphics are just on point. It also reminds me of my childhood where I played with small Knight figures. Would recommend, worth checking out since it doesn’t cost that much.
