In App Purchase My friend was charged for coin purchases (2 times) but did not receive them. We followed instructions to tap contact us button at too right corner but his screen does not show a “message” bubble at the top right corner like my game does. Because we could find a way to contact you through the game, he had to request a refund via Apple. We used youtube to find ways of getting the game to reload without him losing all his progress but we were unsuccessful. Apple store shows no update needed so he is at a loss.

Used to love this game, but... ... they've inexplicably increased the difficulty by orders of magnitude. No longer is this a fun casual game. Now it is just a frustrating waste of time & heightened blood pressure. There should be a difficulty selector switch for those of us who still enjoy casually playing this game. Bc losing match after match after match after match bc they've increased to difficulty in an attempt to suck more money out of me just isn't my definition of "casual fun". Add a difficulty selector switch or make it easier for the casual players & I'll gladly raise my rating. But until then F off.
