ROAM: Wild Horse Simulator

I've been following this game since the first tiktok post lol. It is so cool to see how it has developed especially by a solo dev! Definitely worth $5. You can make some pretty horses, run around a pretty world, and bully some cowboys!

Really cute. As others have said, would be nice to have bigger/different areas to explore. Different mane/tail styles would be nice. Eye colour too. It would be nice to have more than 20 horses in game at a time as I had high hopes for populating the world. Also ways to fight the other horses, it'd be more realistic that way. And ways to manage what horses are in the world.

Genuinely lovely game, the animations are very good and look convincing for horse movements. I think the game could benefit from a small tutorial and a set button toggle for the horse manager. Really hope this keeps getting developed as it could be very good in the future. Would like it to be abit more clear on the interactions between you and your heard, getting them to eat and such so your not running back and forth to retrieve them. Good bones needs more meat uwu

I followed it on tiktok and i had hope for it! but after buying it and trying it out, it really didn't land well, it has potential but not right now. will be refunding it.

It's a fun little game, all the animal models are so cute and I love the animations! The map has a nice variety of landscapes and takes a good while to explore. I like that you can use all 4 gaits, I just wish the turning was a little slower, the horses were a little hard to control. Also none of the predators attacked, there could be a little more challenge there. Overall a nice game and I look forward to see if there are any updates!

I found a town tackled some people, kicked a cow, Tipped a carriage and got caught by the towns folk. I then broke out of horsey jail and got stuck on an infinite maze loop due to a short timer. Very Grand Theft Horse/Goat Simulator style game. 8/10! Would recommend! PRO's: *GREAT HORSE CUSTOMISATION. (COLOURS/PATTERNS/ETC) *YOU GET TO CUSTOMISE YOUR HERDS COLOURS/PATTERNS. *CUTE STYLE. *CONTROLS ARE SIMPLE. (MINUS THE WALK TO RUN CONTROLS) CON's: *THE MAZE TIMER IS TO SHORT. (I JUST GET TO THE EXIT AS THE TIMER RUNS OUT AND GET SENT BACK TO THE START) *WALK TO RUN IS LIKE SHIFTING GEARS IN A CAR. (AWKWARD AND PAINFUL) *ANIMATIONS ARE A BIT DELAYED AND NEED WORK. (I WAS ASLEEP AND DIDN'T STAND UP FOR AGES ONCE I STARTED MOVING I WAS A HORSE ROOMBA FOR A FEW SECONDS.) So the game does need some work BUT if the developers play their cards right they can turn this into a really amazing game! I'll be staying tuned for this game to see how they progress!

It's so hard to find a game where you actually play as a horse so I was very excited to find this game! its a little buggy but it is a silly little horse game and I like it a lot so far, I hope to see more games like this one.

Liked the game so far. 1. being able to customize your horse and herd is fun 2. I did have some problems loading into the game the first time, like the first time I opened it, it crashed. then the first time i went to edit my horse it crashed, then when i went to edit my herd it crashed, and when i finally went to actually play the game it crashed. but i eventually got in and played. 3. I had some issues with the horses being able to get out of some of the spawns that have small gates, I eventually had to just shove a few through the gate wall glitch fashion. 4. I had a few horses randomly pass away at full hunger and stamina 5. i think the horses should be able to eat and rest even in lead mode and it was inconvenient to stop leading them all instead of being able to select one. Anyway a few bugs but its a good game so far, excited to see if there will be any new or different content in the future

There is not a lot to do, at all That said, it is cute, it's a nice little game, and for $5 it's priced fair. Looking forward to updates!
