Fun at a good price (especially if you catch it on sale.) There are many difficulties so you should be able to complete it at any skill level.
Road Doom is a retro pixel 2D top down vertical scrolling shootemup. Control a car in a post apocalyptic environment and shoot UFOs. Gameplay is smooth and the game displays properly in full screen, but lacks proper high resolution options and assets. The retro pixel graphics and other indy-esque elements of the delivery here let down what could have been a genuinely good shmup experience.

A beginners bullet hell game. I am far from a great player when it comes to this genre, I rarely beat games but I enjoy playing a lot of entries in the genre none the less. I beat this game on the medium setting (which is the "intended" way to play it according to the game itself) on my first try, and I didn't even lose a life until the final boss stage. My playtime as of writing this (1.2 hours) is me beating the full game on medium and playing through the first of three worlds on the highest difficulty, which does indeed make it a lot harder... but still easier than a lot of other bullet hell games. The gameplay is fun although you unlock the full roster of upgrades a bit too quickly (or perhaps the roster should be bigger?) A lot of aspects of the game are a bit amateurish, but it's all quite charming and gameplay is king in this genre and the gameplay is good.
Why is this game even on my account? It's not terrible, but I wouldn't spend more than £0.99 on it. Wait until it's on sale if you like bullet hells and really want to support indie devs.
Not my cup of tea
Pretty fun and well crafted shoot 'em up. Having a car actually adds a quite a bit of visual variety as you feel the need to orient your vehicle appropriately. Though it appears your hitbox remains in the center. Minor bullet hell/ danmaku patterns for the most part and a simple but satisfying enough upgrade system. I definitely can recommend for the price point!
Road Doom is a solid bullet hell game. Controls feel great, game play is very fair, and the story is quirky and ridiculous. It's got several difficulty options for masochists, but I found normal to be the perfect balance of challenging yet enjoyable. I would recommend this game to people looking to get into the genre.
Beklediğimden eğlenceli çıktı. İndirimle 1 liraya düştüğü zaman alınabilir. Güzel bir bağımsız oyun olmuş.
