Retroninjacyberassassin is an early access 3D story driven FPS constructed using the Zandronum engine, which is a source port of the open sourced iD Tech2 engine that was used to create DooM. Most likely a joke game, released on April 1st, and features satire and lulzy low effort sprites and stick figure assets to go with the ancient DooM engine. The game itself fails to launch and crashes when trying to load up the Zandronum engine, so it's unplayable for me and probably for many other gamers. While this is free, and that's a laudable thing for the developers to do, I doubt the sincerity of the game. The dated game engine, low quality assets, and the way the game doesn't launch all prevent me recommending this, even though it's free.

well... its not bad as an early concept, definitely needs some polish and a clear objective story. also more than blue shirt guy and stick ninja man as enemies.

シャーペンを手に入れれば高速刺突で大量の敵を突き殺し、カタナを手に入れればセカンダリファイアで完全無敵化、ダッシュするだけで時速60km/hでかっとぶ謎のニンジャを操り、先に進んでいくgzdoomエンジン製FPS。 主人公に立ち向かうは胴体を吹っ飛ばされると大量のピザをぶち撒ける青服の警備員と、高速移動して一撃必殺のスリケンを投擲してくるニンジャっぽい棒人間の二体だけ。それだけならまだ単純なクソゲーだが、本作はdoom modという特性を生かし「Nuts」ばりの超大量の敵配置でプレイヤーを苦しめてくる。 通路をはるか先まで埋め尽くす青服の警備員と、大量の内臓と床に飛び散るピザ。ここにすべてを吹き飛ばす核弾頭でもあれば少しは面白くなったのだろうが、あいにくこのゲームはShadow Warriorではない。 ロケランさえあればな...と思いつつ無敵のカタナで敵をスルーしまくる、そんななんともいえないつまらなさを味わう微妙なクソゲーだ。
