RetroArch is an open source and cross platform frontend/framework for emulators, game engines, video games, media players and other applications
Revenue comes from in-game items and microtransactions, which our price-based model doesn't estimate. The player count below is how many people own it, not what they spent.

tremendo juego
The real killer is that the menus for binding controls don't talk to each-other. I tried binding IJKL to the Playstation buttons and K still paused the emulator because the controller keybinding menu doesn't interact with whatever menu sets Retroarch's controls. That's one of the other major problems with Retroarch, menus inside menus inside menus inside menus parallel to menus. It's a pain to navigate. Not exactly hard, but extremely annoying.

i can play parappa 10/10
i can not recommend due to lack of guide how to set up core's for other emulators, like i wasted so much time trying to set up ps2 emulator. i had no problem at all setting up just any emulator outside of retroarch no issue but here i wasted like 1 hour and couldn't load a simple core, where to get cores, where to put them, how to change ui so i dont need to use joystick every time i want to change a setting? complete mess. avoid steam at all cost.
I cant change the language from greek to english.
Best emulator in my honest opinion! you can emulate a damn calculator on Retroarch! 10/10 my new favorite game is Burnout 3 Takedown on the PS2

I just discovered that I can use this Steam app to stream PC to PC on the standalone Retroarch I already had set up. The worst part about retro emulation is keeping settings and saves up-to-date across devices, so streaming from a singular device has a lot of the benefits of a cloud backup on services like Steam or Switch. So having this on Steam with all the features of Steam on top of Retroarch really is a great service.
