Resident Evil Requiem

Resident Evil Requiem goes incredibly hard. Honestly, it’s the best RE game to date. The hospital section was a total masterpiece. Playing as Leon is always a blast, but Grace’s gameplay felt amazing too. Capcom absolutely cooked with this one. solid 9/10.

100% was great fun, especially with infinite RPG made bosses 1 hit on insanity mode. Replay was a little tedious but could finish the game in about 2 hours. 4 playthroughs complete to complete all achievements. Story was good but not my favourite RE game

This was awesome! I hope this game wins GOTY. I think they knocked it out the park with this one. The switching between the two characters was chefs kiss. Leon was heart pumping action, and Grace was heart pumping anxiety. Both with survival and puzzles. The story was great and was a good amount of run time. The game takes place in many different areas, and you get to visit areas from previous games in a different state than they were. There was one part I thought was a little too much capcom action that reminded me of those arcade gun games, but hey it was a change of pace and short lived. Leon is back with all of his quips, that you either eye roll or learn to enjoy. I honestly don't have too many nitpicks. The game looked beautiful, and I didn't experience any bugs. There were plenty of jump scares, and it wasn't over bearing. I had to retry some fights, but nothing too ridiculous. The enemy variety was plentiful. I have a soft spot for RE8, but idk man this one is up there. I just played through all the other Resident evil games because I was able to get them on sale for $8-10 each. Although short, they are all great play throughs, and I definitely recommend checking them all out. I got this on 20% off so it was pricier, but I still think it was worth it and I'm glad to support them for this great game. Side Note: I played this one steam controller and it did great.
