Game is dead, don't bother downloading you can't play against bots. Game is literally unplayable
it's super fun looking at the title screen, but I have to say it was quite lacking in gameplay. maybe if the servers were still up I would change my review, but for now I can't say I recommend an unplayable game.

Concord of RE games, it was so bad it got pulled from the store. Yes, it was that bad and yes, this coming from a person that played Umbrella Corps. But honestly, what were they thinking? It launched with 2 maps, 6 characters, same 5 second loop song that played IN EVERY MATCH ON EVERY MAP, animations were hilariously bad, hit detection was beyond terrible, at launch it was laggy, which actually got better, but that was because people actually stopped playing, not because they did anything about it, it was unoptimised and ran like ♥♥♥♥ (check my specs, that's actually impressive), some characters were obviously better than others and worst of all, they had the AUDACITY to release this with a season pass (and actually some neat skins later on). Later on it got updated with 5 more characters (Wolf Hound squad from RE: Village) and 1 more map. Yup that's it. To summarise this in 3 words: lol, lmao even. Capcom will forever remain a mystery to me: they will release some high quality games like their mainline RE games, walk around the christmas tree teasing Dino Crisis every year and then release this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ garbage, garbage nobody wanted or even asked for. Just remake Outbreak and Dino Crisis you cowards!

Resident Evil Re:Verse is a perfect example of wasted potential. The idea of a Resident Evil multiplayer deathmatch game sounded like it could be fun, especially with iconic characters from the series, but the final result didn’t deliver. The gameplay itself feels underwhelming and doesn’t have the depth or polish you would expect. Matches can feel chaotic in a way that isn’t exciting, and it quickly loses its appeal after a few rounds. What makes it even more disappointing is how much potential it had. With the Resident Evil name behind it and such recognizable characters, it could have been a really fun side mode or even a solid standalone multiplayer game if it was handled better. On top of that, the fact that the servers are now offline just makes it feel even worse. A live-service style game shutting down so quickly shows how little impact it really made. Overall, Resident Evil Re:Verse is a huge disappointment. It had a strong concept but failed in execution, and now with the servers offline, it feels like a completely wasted opportunity. Gameplay: 3/10 Very Bad | Overall: 2/10 Horrible
