I didn’t expect much from the game, but I was wrong. The gameplay is perfectly structured, which is both fun and enraging. This will encourage you to find the best solution to complete all the levels as creative as you can. I recommend it to everyone, it is a perfect relaxation for the end of the day!
Regrowth is a puzzle game, where you are tasked with saving islands from sinking due to dehydration. I picked up the demo of this game back in 2020, and I loved it. It was calm and peaceful, and the game's mechanics seemed like a fun challenge. When I bought the released game, I had noticed there were even more features, and that the game is still just as challenging. Regrowth is a very fun puzzle game. You have quite a large campaign to play through, and then, after that, you can visit the Workshop to see what the community is creating. You'll get at least a few hours out of this game. Graphics are cutesy, but what you would expect for an indie puzzler. It looks good, but it does sort of remind me of mobile game design. Best of all, it can run on practically anything. Regrowth was a pleasant surprise. Many indie puzzle games nowadays are the same rinse-and-repeat cycle, I am very glad that Regrowth wasn't, and I recommend this game. (But I would wait for a sale because 10 dollars is a little exorbitant, even though this game is a high-quality puzzler)
Regrowth is a fun and exciting game. It is challenging but you can always find the right solution after a few tries. There are various game mechanics, so it doesn't get boring, which provides a well balanced game experience over the levels. I cannot wait to find the time to play and beat every level!:)
This game rocks. The puzzles are interesting but tough and explore a lot of ideas. Unlike what the trailer suggests the game is totally deterministic and if you are a smarter person than me you can figure out what would work the first time. For my brain though it's a lot of trial and error. Very underrated overall.
Great game! The clean graphics may give the idea it's a simplistic game, but while it starts out easy it quickly goes up in difficulty. No need to worry though as you can skip a level if you get stuck by completing other levels, since the game has branching paths. The game is quite unique, never played a puzzle game like this, and the dynamic nature off the game, associated with the time control gives it enough variation to keep on playing. New mechanics are presented at the end of the tutorial levels that also help to add variety to the gameplay. Later levels with more grass to grow can become quite chaotic, but you can pause the game at any time to make your decisions, so you can either play more reactionary, or relax and take your time to think. The levels are designed very well, so if you're into optimization, getting closer to the objective with every attempt, then this game is for you. The idea of a boss in a puzzle game is also something you don't see often, but it takes the mechanics used up to the final point and makes you use them to defeat the enemy, in a quite clever way. For less than 10$/€ its definitely worth the money. P.S.: Got the game for helping with localization but it in no way affects my opinion since I'm playing it a second time already.
Timed puzzle game with isometric view of the changing board, with skip option * I helped with localization * + Relaxing theme + Multiple levels with new challenges = Story is just there for the final level "Its a fun little game that can be played in short sessions, very unique and easy to learn"
Its a cute and fun puzzle game, a little bit hard though ;) Had so much fun with it on stream, and will use it for both relaxing and mind puzzle tilætt ;) hahha
A very beautiful game with an interesting puzzle mechanic. I've translated this game to Serbian and thus received it for free.
The game is a realy refreshing experience, especially nowadays when everything is about reflection time, high speed hand-eye coordination. I find it amazingly important for these hidden gems to exist, so a troubled mind can find some peace. Regrowth has a charming, fantasy-like look, which fits in greatly with the immersive story with which anybody could relate. The puzzles are just challenging enough to create some intellecutal relaxation after a hard day's mental work. However, besides all those points I have mentioned, the most important aspect of the game is...you can plant some green dude! :D
