Receita de Bolo de Jiló Ingredientes: 3 jilós médios 3 ovos 1 xícara de açúcar 1 xícara de farinha de trigo 1/2 xícara de óleo 1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó Modo de Preparo: Pré-aqueça o forno a 180°C. Corte os jilós em pedaços e retire as sementes. Bata no liquidificador até formar um purê. Em uma tigela, bata os ovos com o açúcar até ficar fofo. Adicione o purê de jiló e misture bem. Acrescente a farinha de trigo e o óleo, misturando até ficar homogêneo. Por último, adicione o fermento e misture delicadamente. Despeje a massa em uma forma untada e leve ao forno por aproximadamente 30 minutos. ****************** ENGLISH******************* Jiló Cake Recipe Ingredients: 3 medium jiló (Brazilian eggplants) 3 eggs 1 cup of sugar 1 cup of wheat flour 1/2 cup of oil 1 tablespoon of baking powder Preparation: Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C). Cut the jiló into pieces and remove the seeds. Blend them until you get a puree. In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add the jiló puree and mix well. Add the flour and oil, mixing until smooth. Finally, add the baking powder and mix gently. Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for about 30 minutes.
