Learn to fly r/c model airplanes with this realistic flight simulator! RC-AirSim has been used successfully by many r/c pilots to learn how to fly a model airplane. RC-AirSim has more realistic flight dynamics and ground handling than most of the much more expensive r/c airplane flight sims.

At 7 dollars, this is pricey given the fact that there are better games. The one thing I really like is the wide range of model airplanes (and different physics!) But everything else is.. Well, it feels more like a demo for a full-featured game than a sim in and of itself. I'm not complaining about a lack of air-combat (I don't think anyone is advertising this) But the game world is so tiny that it makes any sense of excitement just vanish. Go past the trees and you are flying into the mist, with no level to land on. Something contrived like making lightning strike the airplane when outside of boundaries wouldn't be fun, per say, but more fulfilling. The planes are cute, even if they could be in a 2000 era game. The environment..well, the trees are clearly photographed, so they don't lack detail, but are stretched around in a ray-casted manner. Perhaps the barn graphic is a polygon (with flat textures around it) but when I try to go low enough to fairly assess the technology, my plane crashes. I don't think it will be long before someone makes a kite simulator, but with this company, the sim can only go "up" from here.
Vale a pena? Sim, pq por mais que não tenha uma física bem simulada, tu consegue entender como trabalhar os comandos. saber controlar o avião indo e vindo.
Dont think you can fly IRL if you master this game. Every plane has the same handling, who is stange. Want to learn to fly? look elsewhere
I've never flown any actual RC fixed wing plane other more expensive RC flight simulator might be more accurate in terms of realistic flight physics with regards to small electric RC planes it more gives the experience of flying big fuel propelled rc planes but it's far much better than other arcade RC flight simulator it could be a middle stage between the two
Great that someone has made this! could save loads of money on foamie fuselages with a bit of pre-flight training hours as well as controller mixes
good interface but very few options no helicopter/drone even in the purchased licensed version. you can get over it even in the trial version itself. don't buy I would say. good for trials only
♥♥♥♥♥♥ graphics, but good physics and that's all you need.
this game sucks im trying to learn how to fly my rc planes without destroying them but this simulator wont calibrate any of my contollers iv tried 4 diffrent ones all start out working ok for the first flight and then they lose calibration and wont recalibrate sucks because other than the calibrate its a great sim the only one of found that lets you have the option to fly in rc mode where you stay in one spot while flying like you would in real life
simple starts rc flyers to get used to the controls. If you do already fly it a fun way to waste time.
fun simulator got my Taranis connected and working without a dongle switch, and then i found the zoom levels that really makes a difference a lot more fun than i thought it would be .well worth what there asking for.
