Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 11/day in the week to Aug 18 → 27.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Join over 3 million players who have already purchased Ranch Simulator on Steam!
It was once your grandfather’s pride-and-joy, but your family ranch has fallen on hard times and it’s up to you to turn things around. Sitting in a remote forested valley, the dilapidated homestead will test all your abilities as you attempt to turn it into the most prosperous ranch in the region – either alone or in up to four player co-op multiplayer.
The years have not been kind to your family ranch and it will take time and money to restore it to its former glory. Buy tools from the local hardware store and purchase a range of vehicles from the garage to help with your rebuilding projects. Renovate the main house, decide what livestock you want to farm and construct the barns, pens and runs you’ll need to keep them safe and secure.
Grand building projects are one thing. Paying for them? That’ll come down to your ranching skills. Overseeing a profitable operation is all about the day-to-day. Once you’ve selected and taken on your livestock, regular feeding and watering will keep them healthy. Successful breeding and careful rearing of the young will help boost the numbers in your herds and flocks — and the more produce you have to sell, the more income you’ll receive for all that hard work.
Expand your ranch enterprise by farming crops, producing sausages and cheese and even training and selling horses.
There’s a large open-world environment outside your cosy homestead and it’s teeming with wildlife. So when you feel like slowing the pace, why not grab your trusty rifle and head out into the forest to stalk deer and hunt bears? But remember, the wilderness lives by its own laws and you aren’t the only skilled hunter in the neighbourhood. Sometimes your steady hand and sharp eyes will also be needed back on the ranch to stop hungry wolves turning your off-grid dream into a nightmare.

This game has common issues related to developers that lack experience or just don't care about the product. The reason for this down vote? Building progression doesn't get saved. As a good rancher, I built a barn and put down a house. I cut down the trees and placed all planks into it. I saved and quit. The structure didn't return. In my opinion, saving should be one of the core components to any game. (unless it is part of the design) As I've said, the developers could be new and they don't know how, but, no warning (pop up) telling the player, makes this a down vote.

Oyunda eksik kısımlar: Tüm oyuncuların aynı şeyleri ortak kullanması. Emote yok. RP yapmada yetersiz kalıyor. Oyun haritası çok küçük. Yeterli sayıda dükkan yok. Hayvan çeşitliliği az. Adam akıllı öğretici bulunmuyor. UI Kötü. Sunucu özelleştirme yok. NPC'ler yetersiz. THUMBS UP
For all the issues this game has, it's not worth 25$. They seem to be working on other things and adding other stuff in over actually fixing their game.
I used to really like this game but honestly I can't recommend it. This could've been a good game if it was in the right hands. The biggest downfall is that there's barely any 'decent' ranch simulators out there, especially with co-op. This game had been updated to the unreal engine 5 before the 1.0 release, which is where I think most of the work in this game was done, just upgrading the engine. This game could've been so much more, but years later it still feels lackluster on top of all the issues. The game really is extremely lackluster and when you get to a certain point there's not much else to do honestly. We got this game specifically for co-op play, and the issues were insane while the game was in EA and not much has changed even now. Some things did get better, but not enough for us to continue playing, even with my 99 hours. I could understand issues with our old pc's, I thought that's what the problem was, but we both upgraded, got new pc's, and the issues still existed even after the 1.0 release.
This game has performance and optimization issues, framerate drops, glitches, bugs, stuttering, and physics issues. Those issues have been there since the beginning, even after upgrading to the unreal 5 engine.

The game has a lot of issues.
We liked the game and tried to keep pushing through, but the performance issues on co-op just got to be too much. We had issues with animals disappearing and vehicles and trailers bouncing around and ending up on top of the house. Parked vehicles start bouncing and moving everywhere if you leave them on, if you turn them off they still bounce and fly around just not as much.
I remember I had gone to the devs
showed the pictures, and explained the situation, and I was told there was nothing they could do about the issues. I will add this was before the 1.0 release. That's when I started moving away from this game.....
but the issue still exists to this day.

De boer da' is de keer'l die 't moet doen!
This game is pure satisfaction. That is, if you're into a little grinding every so often, only to see that all your efforts are definitely paying off. Not to mention... "oooh, I could have done this a lot smarter!". What is this all about? The story is simple: your grandfather passed away and he left you with the family farm. Good times! Yah, unfortunately the place hasn't been looked after and it's actually a complete mess. Good to get you a little bit of instant cash, but after that it'll be up to you to make this place working and profitable again. Start small, and work your way up! First... everything in this game is going to cost you. Driving your car takes up fuel, which you can buy at the gas station. Running (most) machines also requires fuel. And while you can get your own wood by cutting trees and then sawing the logs into planks... you can only get your hands on metal and concrete by purchasing this in the hardware store. And you're going to need those if you plan on building some new buildings. And the best way to start? A chicken coop! Get a few chickens, place 'm in their coop but don't forget that you also need to feed them and provide water for them to drink! You can then sell the eggs at the burger shop for some nice earned cash. How to make such a coop? Well, you're going to need wooden planks, lots of them, so that's a good place to start. Also... growing and selling vegetables is also always a good idea! Maybe make some crop plots so that you can grow them? How do make those you ask? With planks of course! Invest a little to better manage your time.... What I really like about this game is that you can play any way you want. It also happily allows you to do "dumb" things, but who cares? At first I would cut down trees, and bring the logs over to my garage one by one. Then I'd start cutting them. Only to finally realize that... "wait a second, I got a frickin' truck here!"... so then I drove my truck out, cut trees, filled up the truck with logs and then went back home. Saved me a lot of time! Could I do even better? Of course I could! Because what happens if you don't want to (or can't!) saw all the logs right now? That's when I decided to get myself 2 log shelves: these can contain either 42 logs or 200 planks and it can easily be a time safer!
It's not perfect though!
Beware of wrong custom key bindings! The game allows you to rebind your keys, which is a good thing, but it doesn't check for any overlap. And some keys... should be left alone. The 'f' key is used to start your car, but if you accidentally bind a key to "f" then you're in for a bit of a problem because you can't easily reset this. And also... sometimes your character can find themselves stuck in walls if you perform actions too close to such areas. It doesn't happen often, but can happen. So no, not perfect but then again... these are minor issues. You'll get over this soon enough.
Well worth your time (and money)!
This game is really satisfying. The build (and demolish) process is very straight forward: start by selecting the right tool. Building requires a blueprint: once you select your hammer a book with designs shows up. Select a design, place its hologram where you want it placed and then all that's left to do is to "insert" enough building materials. And the best part is that this game goes a lot further than just being a farmer. There's also things to discover like becoming a hunter or a fisherman. Ever wanted to get your own bee farm? Well, time to build a hive and then find a nest in the wild to collect bees. Don't forget your smoker! And yes, like I said: there's something very satisfying about pouring in effort, getting paid and then being able to use that money to expand on your activities. First I made a bigger chicken coop, then I added more chickens and eventually also added a rooster. So now I get fertilized eggs, which means: chicks, free new chickens! If only those darn tourists and their fancy campers would learn how to drive.... lol. PS In case you're wondering about the title: that's Dutch (sorta) and also a song from a Dutch rockband called Normaal.
Игра классная, что бы расслабиться то что надо. Особенно рыбалка кайф
a bear was looking at me and got up on 2 legs to aura farm while i was aiming at it
游戏还是不错的,就是到后期就很无聊了,百万富翁的成就闲的没事可以挑战一下
Nevermind AI disclaimers, we need warnings for ready made assets. These games always run like ♥♥♥♥. Motionless staff members telling you to use the kiosks next to them and vehicles that drive like they're stuck in first gear. One of the worst first impressions I've ever had. The tutorial has you chop down a tree, build a chicken coop and destroy your grandparents house then leaves you to it. I've tried fishing without any fish and hunting without any prey. Built a barn for a cow and by the time we made it, she's ♥♥♥♥♥♥ off too.
