One of the worst games I've ever played. Once you figure out how to get to the city it seems like the game will get better but all you then do is dodge a laser coming from the back of a cop car over and over and over until you reach like 120,000 then there's little pink k-rails that you eventually run into and by that time you have to start all over again with absolutely no checkpoints whatsoever. I rarely give a thumbs down but the games needs so many changes to make it worth playing again. Oh and after every turn the resolution goes from 1440p to 720p then back to 1440p. You'll see what I mean just playing the game. At the very least provide some sort of checkpoints otherwise why would I want to repeat the same exact thing I just did countless times?

Worst game I have ever played lol
Warning: Asset Flip! "RampageRunner" is one of literally thousands of creatively bankrupt asset flips infesting Steam and lowering the average quality of all video games everywhere.
This is a garbage tier Unreal asset flip, a bunch of Unreal assets kitbashed onto a basic endless runner game template then rushed out onto Steam through Steam Direct with one sole, single objective: So an amateur developer can tell his imaginary girlfriend that he's a game developer. The quality here is abysmally poor, the game doesn't even hold the screen resolution you set. Why anyone would think that this is in a state worth publishing is beyond me, but then again, this was never really intended to be a game for gamers. It's an ego massaging exercise from a developer who could never get hired by a professional game development company. Why is this good for gamers? It's not. So, "RampageRunner" is partially or completely made up of stock assets, "borrowed" from asset stores and free asset websites. Little, if anything in this game is the creation of the "developer". While there's no up front price for this asset flip, the other problem with asset flips is that when developers aren't capable of doing their job and creating high quality assets, it's also true they can't do any of the rest of the job of a game developer either. That's definitely true for "RampageRunner", and this kind of asset flipping never results in games that have quality or value for PC gamers. The game is really simple and unambitious in terms of implementation, more of a tech demo or one of those cases where an amateur developer spends $100 to publish something on Steam Direct to see if it's possible. Yes, obviously it's possible. A proof of concept, tech demo, or something that's less than a little blip on the radar isn't offering anything truly valuable to gamers. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. This is "free" enough (not every "free" game in the "free" section is truly free, there's usually some hidden price tag), at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good, and the cost of a game is more than just financial, your time is valuable too. In terms of public reception, this failed. There's over 130 million unique gamers visiting Steam every month. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 2 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? I think you should give this one a miss. Although it's free, your time and storage are valuable resources, and the market is filled with superior options.
