I hope you still value the customers over profits I keep seeing the same comments being made in the community and you have not tried to listen to the customer base yet. Instead, you ignore the core complaint and insist that there’s plenty of opportunity to unlock better champions. If that was truly the case, why would so many people complain about sub par champions . So how about you stop advertising because at this point, it’s becoming a rip off. Progression in this game feels unnecessarily difficult. Every time you log in, you’re bombarded with offers and pop-ups, and if you decline one, the game practically asks, “Are you sure?” as if it’s some incredible deal you’re about to miss. What’s even more frustrating is what happens when you finally decide to spend money. I recently spent $120 on Mythical Shards and ended up with nothing worthwhile to show for it. Instead of rewarding paying players, the game continues to hand out the same old Epic and Rare champions over and over again. You’ve created thousands of champions, yet somehow players keep pulling duplicates of the same tired roster. At some point, there needs to be a reasonable chance to unlock genuinely useful champions without spending hundreds or thousands of dollars. The current mercy system feels terrible, and players shouldn’t have to become whales just to stay competitive or make meaningful progress. Experiences like this are how you lose paying customers. That $120 could have gone toward several complete games that would have provided far more enjoyment and value than what I received here.

Eh It’s ok I just hate how you can do hundreds of draws but never get any legendary champions even when you use shards that give only epic and legendary u only ever get epic never legendary I’ve hit 7 sacred shards only to get 7 epics

It’s crazy It just seemed like every single update is benefiting those players that are already far far far in the game while us that I was trying to catch up seems like it’s impossible without spinning about $200-$300 on the game

So unbelievably sad It’s so sad that such a big name game that makes plenty of money off of the people who play makes it so almost everything you use or spend in the game is for nothing the glifs that you receive in the game almost never work, so it’s literally a waste on top of spending a ton of money for no reason because you never receive any champions that are good or any items that are good unless you specifically purchase something that is for sale if you purchase something that you’re supposed to summon it it’s literally a rip off it doesn’t matter if you spend $10 or 300 what a joke way to take care of your consistent players

Dumbest forced intro when already have account. I hate how stupid it is that you have to play the intro fighting scenes all the way even if you already have an account it’s stupid as hell. It should ask if you’re new or sign in.

Game is great but it needs more interaction Not hating I love raid the characters great story’s good and my uncle got me into the game just one thing please don’t make it too just do this one time thingy u gotta made more mini games overall I love it

Multi Battle doesn’t work You’re given lots of multi battle gifts but they’re not usable. When you set multi battle to any number it always stops after 1 battle. This game is pay to win and I refuse to pay for a broken game.
