Radirgy Swag

not sure about the english localization but gameplay wise you sure get lots of freedom compared to radirgy 2 whose design gets derailed by routing, inconsistent scoring techniques and being more suicidal than in garegga, and thus I can recommend swag as a solid alternative to traditional shmups

Really great game and port. Brilliant to see the Radirgy series making its way to PC. Music is always good, and gameplay is addictive. Definitely watch the tutorial video on RS34's youtube channel to get the jist of the game. Hope to see Radirgy 2 on Steam soon!

I adore this game. Radirgy's always good, and this is a unique and really cool take on it. I've never played another shmup quite like this. The distance-based goal and speed mechanics gives it a very specific kind of gameflow that's very easy to get into. Port's good too!

not worth its money in 2026, trailer shows literally everything the game has to offer gameplay-wise music is pretty good though

IT'S RADIRGY, BABYYYYY!!!!! Swag completely flew under my radar during my time on Switch, so it's cool to see it suddenly appear on Steam. I definitely need to sink more time into the franchise as a whole and a shmup that's endless definitely scratches an unexpected itch (even if I haven't seen everything the game has to offer yet), and the core gameplay mechanics Radirgy is known for hold up exceptionally well alongside other more modern shmups I've played, but a boss before each stage transition would've been nice. I don't really expect the game to be updated for it, but it'd also be nice if the various missions and objectives included ingame were given achievements on Steam to go alongside them, as well as translating each of the popup messages from collecting items.

I bought this because it had swag in its name
