About

Are we truly evolving.. or just surviving?
Is the path we’ve chosen as a species the right one… or a dead end?
The Exodus Project was meant to reshape us, to build a stronger, better world.
To create superhumans.
To save us.
But something went wrong.
Terribly wrong.
And now, what was meant to save us is tearing us apart.Radiant Exodus is a linear action-horror shooter about loss, survival, and the will to fight back.
You play as Sarah Caldwell, a former soldier trying to reconnect with a friend .. but the night has other plans. The city slips into darkness. People disappear. Blood paints the sidewalks. And something.. looms in the sky.
Her father might be in danger. The world feels like it’s ending. All she has is an old rifle, her training, and a promise she’s not willing to break.
This isn’t just survival. It’s a last stand.

A ok low priced action horror title. Decent enough but as other have mentioned its a bit short (for the price) But I dont have any regrets spending my time playing the game.
short and sweet, i received this in a giveaway and was asked to leave a review, it isnt bad for a solo indie game, a few jumpscares and a simple but decent storyline. controls arent given but very basic so no real need to. played on the steam deck and it ran great. 30 minutes or so to beat it. could definetly be improved in the future but as a quick game it was nice, good work to the dev
This is a pretty cool project with an interesting storyline! It could use polish in a few areas (narrative, sound design, and overall game feel), but for what it is it's very enjoyable!
That was an Okey little game. I played throu it in 18 min, nothing specal but it had good sound and some simple shooting that was fun.
hey dev, first of all thanks for the game. TBH I dont play much horror, i'd say i never played them so first few jumpscares were definitely scary. apart from that, game's story was okay, i was actually quite into it for the 80 minutes i played. and i completed it quite easily too, one key was defo hard to find though, stored in the washroom but thats for the game. Now, as an Indie dev you did a great work but apart from few jumpscares and great music there was not much horror. Take this as a lil criticism but you should evolve the way you scare us. Looking forward for new releases. Keep grinding.
This is quite a short game, I finished it in about an hour. But overall, it's pretty solid. I didn't have any technical issues, but I do wish there was some kind of video options available in terms of limiting frames of vsync. There are a lot of quality-based video settings but even with everything turned all the way up I didn't have a lot of stuttering or freezing or anything. The game has one gun in it and is fairly linear, but it kind of seems intentionally to be an almost on-rails shooter experience where move from one location to the next. The story is pretty good, nothing mind-blowing but it has a clear narrative and you can easily follow what's going on. I never got lost or stuck because of any technical issues. The game is also kind of presented as horror with some scares in it, and that was also fine. There are a few jump scares here and there of the alien monsters coming after you. It never felt really unfair, but there are some quirks with it for sure. In the first level you get a document that you can use 'Q' to reread at any point, and that was fine, but later in the game you learn about a code to open a door that you have to memorize. I had died and decided to come back to the game the next day and I forgot the combination. I thought maybe I could use 'Q' again to view a note that would have the combination or something, but if you forget there doesn't seem to be a way to remind yourself in the game if you're at the checkpoint at the locked door. There were only a few other things that I felt could use some work. Sometimes the game was a bit too dark even with the flashlight. Like, you could hear an enemy but sometimes have trouble locating it even with their glowing eyes because of how dark it was. This isn't helped by the enemies have very dark color textures as well for their skin, but in a horror setting I also realize why you wouldn't want someone to easily see a monster or alien. Additionally, there is a boss monster, and I found the encounter confusing. I wish the enemy had more feedback when fighting. For more of a spoiler description:
After you destroy the last generator in the final room, the boss appears and 4 crystals descend around the central pillar. I assumed that you would need to lure the boss to the crystals and blow them up near it because they seemed to release a shockwave when destroyed. Well, I don't know if that is true or not because I still had to empty about 3 or 4 clips into the boss to kill it. The boss fight was also super challenging because the boss moved faster than you can run and does a lot of damage and you need to empty 3 or 4 clips worth of bullets into it to kill it. So, I kind of wish the boss could have a pain animation to let you know it's being hurt.
It would have been nice to move a little faster too, but that's just me. But it was fine for what it was for a couple of dollars.
Short, fun, absurd and quite enjoyable for me. My only issue is that it is too short. Would have liked more. But it was fun for what it was.
This game is short, makes no sense and then abruptly ends. Got it for $1 and it is sort of worth it. A couple of laughs.
Not bad, i enjoyed it. Pretty simple, but at least i find the short story appealing. Keep up with the work, you can grow better!
tried this game few days ago, played for few minutes, quited because the game was not interesting, graphic looks like 2005 quality but its made at 2025. laughed pretty hard when got ak and a lot of ammo at the start- the horror moment ruined by that.
