Ignore MOST of then negative reviews, since 2/3rds of them are just people saying 'I have no idea whats going on and it feels pointless and also the resurrection is stupid and weapons are imbalanced.' Those people didn't take the time to understand the game in the slightest. Alright, someone can pick up a healthpack and ressurect? Cool, pick it up on your next round FIRST and then when they walk over it, it won't rez them. This is a strategy game that I can imagine a handful of people just won't wrap their head around. Someone who is bad at shooting could win in this game purely by making good positional decisions and baiting a player into making a vunerable set of loops. It's MORE than an FPS and people who go in expecting an 'fps WITH A TWIST' are going to be annoyed. It's a strategy game. That said, it's not perfect. The gunplay doesn't feel that great and the maps are limited. I imagine the map issue will be fixed over time. Those saying the different weapons are overpowered/useless are usually the same people who don't understand the functions of the weapons? Sure, it's hard to aim with the grenade launcher and it feels useless in combat. But remember that your dude will always be launching grenades in later rounds, so you can close off pathways with that, or even use it to fire on the capture point moments before the round is over, forcing them to hunt down that guy who is lobbing them from cover. There's a lot to this game. Strategy is paramount and lots of people are quite frankly, just stupid.

I give this game a straight 9/10 and here's why: Pros: - The concept is truly unique, makes you feel like you are playing with teammates but honestly its just you playing, which is insane and super fun! - The mechanics are quite good! fluent, simple and fun movement, the shooting is just nice. - The matches are not long, but not short either, perfect for a fun game. - The graphics are nice. - Different characters and skins. - The game is def not pay to win. Cons(my personal opinion): - I wish there was ADS.. would make it more fun, like quick scoping and stuff.. OVERALL, I highly recommend this game.
Unique game. The devs made a big mistake with the fortnite-style characters. You have dumb kids coming in expecting the game to revolve around mindlessly shooting the first enemy you see. They then lose and leave a bad review. Any review complaining about respawns or ressurections should ignored. These reviewers have not understood any of the game mechanics and their opinion is invalid.
A breath of originality in a genre that has grown stale. You've never played anything like this before, and that's no hyperbole — Quantum League takes much dedication but is hugely rewarding. It does require a special mindset as you'll have to rethink (quite literally!) how online shooters are meant to be played. Worth noting this is a passion project from a small team in Argentina. That it's able to compete with the heavyweights in the industry says a lot about it!
Very unique, confusing at first. But once u get the hang of it, the game gets quite enjoyable. Love the fast paced decision making, then lookin into your enemies eyes while the timer moves in slowmo. Saving my own clone makes me feel good about myself. And it freaks me out when my clones start killing each other, like what does it all mean? Do I hate myself. There was never a game that made me question my inner self before. 11/10
People have to stop downvoting for stupid reasons. This game does have potential and it is easy to understand you just have to play it. One thing devs can do is teach things at the beggining like the pin above players turns white when theyre being controlled and stays red when is a previous loop. things like that
Have about 100 hours on the closed beta for this game. Absolutely love the concept for this game. It is by far one of the best FPS games in a long time. It is extremely polished and offers endless replayability to it. This could be an extremely exciting esport as there are endless strategies that you can run and is extremely competitive. This open beta launch has been so much fun to play with all the new players and can't wait to see this game grow.
100+ hours in Beta testing. I love this game now, but I didn't at first...
I found the game first at Twitch Con 2019 and I wasn't really impressed at first. I got a couple beta codes and gave some to my friends. I started playing and I wasn't too impressed at first but I love giving indie devs a shot. After putting about 2 hours into the game and playing against a variety of skill levels the game's potential really started to shine. This game is 3D 200iq Chess... it is just so satisfying and getting kills feels so good. Overview Quantum League is a very unique game. The game consists of 3 rounds (called loops). Each round it records what you did exactly (moving shooting etc.). The next loop, it will have a bot do exactly what you did. The third loop matters most. You must be on the middle point, completely clear of enemies, at the end to cap. There is lots of strategy, you can work with your bots and save them, etc. Time management is the biggest issue for new players. Tips n' Tricks At around 5-7 seconds remaining in the round you need to move to the middle objective (the only objective). This is the biggest issue for new players. They get hyper focused on fighting and forget about the objective. Time management is key. When you get killed you are "desynced" and you can still play like your alive but do no damage. The next round (or loop) you can try and save yourself from dying in the previous round (loop). If you save the bot that is playing as you, it will perform the actions you did while dead "desynced". Example: Loop 1 - You die/desync to the opponent 10 seconds into the round but keep shooting and go to the middle point Loop 2 - You kill the opponents Clone 1 from Loop 1 8 seconds into the round BEFORE his Clone 1 can kill your Clone 1. You change history. Your Clone 1 from Loop 1 does not die this time and performs the actions you performed while dead/desynced in Loop 1. There are three loops per cycle. On the third loop, you must be on the middle point and have the middle point completely clear of enemies. If you aren't on the middle point, you failed to play the objective! You can grab medkits to revive when desynced but don't waste them as they only respawn after the full cycle is complete! I only grab medkits if it's the final loop or I die early. If I see my opponent get a medkit late in the loop, the next loop I'll grab the medkit before he can to deny his clone's respawn. Overall, this is a great game. Super unique and creative idea that really makes you excited to just jump in an arena and dominate your opponents. FPS's are an over saturated genre and this game is so fresh and different that it is insanely exciting. Pros: -Unique mechanics that make for a very strategic game and each round requires planning and coordination. -Solid and very fun core gameplay loop -Advanced movement mechanics allowing for high level play and a high skill ceiling -Even in the "beta" state there were still very few glitches and it seemed well optimized (but I have a high end PC so YMMV on performance) -Relatively nice community, in my time playing I only encountered one person who was rude, and even that was just a "GG EZ" so not a big deal at all. Compared to the CoDs and R6s of the world this community is amazing. Cons: -2v2 mode is the max team size at the moment, which is you have more than 1 friend you play with regularly can be an issue. This game is a blast, I wanna share it with more of my friends. -Not a lot of depth to the game, very few maps, but again this was just a beta and they clearly stated that they limited maps, so this will likely be untrue of the full release. -Because of how unique the game is it's very difficult to explain/comprehend easily, a more structured tutorial and maybe an advanced tutorial that teaches you some basic tactics would be a lovely addition, but this is a minor point. I don't expect the devs to hold every players hand. I highly recommend this game, it's a blast. Please do yourself a favor and try it, it's like nothing I've played before. Edit: Oh boy I just read some of the negative reviews, and when you read those please remember a few things. 1: this is a beta, there will be small bugs and small issues in networking. It happens, but these issues weren't something that were big enough to affect gameplay. 2: the guns in this game are NOT hit-scan. This means when you fire a bullet there is some time before the bullet reaches the target, I see a lot of people saying hit boxes are messed up but I believe it's just people not realizing weapons are not hit-scan. Most shooters you play are, which is what may be confusing.
The game has serious potential. I played 3 rounds of 1v1 and I have to say i am looking forward to playing more. The gameplay is smooth and polished. I am afraid that when it comes out it will only be popular for about a week and then just fall off. If the game has the right support. Meaning influential streamers on Twitch playing and pushing the game... I think it can do well. Very fun and unique concept not too overly complex. All around fun quick matches.
