一款简约的三消游戏。 每次开局的二选一,以及角色性格&职业和过关数值的对应关系引人深思。
id recommend this as a puzzle game, it requires some strategy and thinking a few moves ahead to create a set of 4 which gives you a smiley face, that can be used as "any colour" and also give you an extra move when you use it. took me a while to figure out i had to set up a few smileys at the start of each level so i had enough moves to get the required amount of blocks to pass the stage. passing 8 stages in a row to get the 9th date achievement was challenging! as far as a "dating" game though, no. nothing about this is really about dating other than getting red matching blocks to "tease/touch" increasing your arousal meter, green blocks to "flatter" for the comfort meter, and yellow blocks to "impress" for attraction meter. i didn't like the art style and both male and female "daters" look largely the same, there weren't many distinguishing features other than sticking a moustache on a few guys, and the women were very androgynous. i would've liked more effort/ originality in making the daters look more attractive and unique, to really enhance the "dating" element.

There's a fine concept here of a very basic match 3 game with changing goals but no matter how well you play, the game is luck based and can give maps that seem pretty unwinnable with so few moves.
Wow I am beyond impressed at how personalities correlate to their emotional meters. Some of the people you are dating in this game will crave one feeling more than another. The puzzle mechanic is easy and difficult depending on the board spawn. I would recommend scoring with four or more blocks to get the smiley face which will allow you to get one extra move if used properly. Overall rating 7/10 based on price and entertainment. Also it is not too difficult to unlock all the achievements, but it will require getting past the 9th date.
Puzzle Dating, developed by M. Hanka and published by Liu Lidan, is a casual hybrid that combines simple puzzle mechanics with a light dating simulation framework. It presents itself as an easygoing, low-commitment experience, built for players who want something straightforward and relaxing rather than deep or mechanically demanding. From the outset, it’s clear that the game is designed around accessibility, offering a familiar loop that doesn’t require much time or effort to understand. The core gameplay centers on basic puzzle interactions, typically involving matching or arranging elements on a grid to achieve specific objectives. These segments are simple and intuitive, with controls that are easy to grasp even for newcomers. Completing puzzles advances the game’s progression, unlocking short dialogue sequences and interactions with characters. This structure creates a rhythm where gameplay alternates with narrative moments, giving the sense of moving forward even if neither aspect is particularly complex on its own. Visually, the game adopts a bright and clean presentation that complements its casual tone. Character designs are straightforward and readable, while the interface is functional and uncluttered. Everything is laid out in a way that minimizes friction, allowing players to move quickly between puzzle stages and story segments. While the art style does not aim for high detail or originality, it serves its purpose in supporting the game’s relaxed atmosphere. The dating simulation component, however, is quite limited in scope. Interactions with characters are brief and largely linear, offering minimal player choice or narrative branching. Rather than building deep relationships or exploring complex storylines, the game provides short, surface-level exchanges that act as a reward for completing puzzles. This approach keeps the experience light but also prevents it from developing any meaningful emotional engagement. Similarly, the puzzle mechanics, while functional, do not evolve significantly over time. Early stages introduce the basic concepts effectively, but later segments rely heavily on the same patterns without adding substantial variation. The difficulty curve remains relatively gentle, which helps maintain accessibility but also reduces the sense of challenge. Over time, this can make the gameplay feel repetitive, especially for players who are looking for more depth or progression. The pacing reflects this simplicity. The game moves at a steady, unhurried pace, making it well-suited for short play sessions. It doesn’t demand long periods of focus, and its structure allows players to drop in and out without losing track of progress. This makes it an appealing option for those who prefer casual gaming experiences, but it also means that it lacks the hooks needed to sustain long-term engagement. Despite these limitations, Puzzle Dating succeeds in delivering exactly what it sets out to be: a lightweight, easy-to-play hybrid that combines puzzles and character interaction in a straightforward way. It doesn’t attempt to innovate or expand beyond its core concept, instead focusing on providing a simple and accessible experience that can be enjoyed without much investment. In the end, the game is best approached with modest expectations. It offers a functional blend of puzzle and dating elements that can be enjoyable in short bursts, but it does not provide the depth or variety needed to stand out in either genre. For players seeking a relaxed and uncomplicated experience, it serves its purpose well, even if it leaves little lasting impression beyond its initial playthrough. Rating: 6/10
一个还不错的消除类休闲游戏,题材新颖有趣(约更多的会)。但是人物做的不怎么样,看起来像羊驼……但是值得一提的是居然有色盲模式,还算贴心。无聊的时候玩玩不错。
I got this as filler in a bundle and I'm still a bit disappointed. The dating part of the game is thematic fluff, I just picked a random person after each level completion. What it really is is a match-3 game... and not a good one. Tiles don't auto-detonate, you have to manually trigger them at the cost of a move each, so there's no magical cascading combos going on. Your goal is to complete dates (I think?) but there's also scoring, based on the quality of moves performed. ~30 mins to get all the achievements means there's not much here, so I'd rather play Bejeweled.
Great game for the price. It is super simplistic with no story or gameplay development at all. "Dating" really has absolutely nothing to do with the game. Progression does require a certain amount of luck as some generated boards require alot of wasted moves to set up a match. If you want something super casual and simple this is a great super cheap game. If you want a more complex gameplay or character progression for "dates" then this game is not for you
Really mid game. If you want to play a matching game, then play Candy Crush Saga or something. Buy only if you are an achievement hunter like me.
