bruh game buged i was soo good on my speed run achivment that it sayed nah you too good and sent the wendigo to follow me to my boat even tho he was near my purpplle garden like wtf

Summary: fun, little, free experience. Positives: - The artwork is lovely. I adore it so much. - A nice challenge (base mode anyway, you can not get me to play nightmare). - Controls fine. Negatives - I personally only had one entity that I struggled with and had to look up what to do. When your instinct is to stay far away from all seeming dangers, figuring out that you need to do the opposite feels difficult. - Audio levels could use adjusting. The hitting on the door especially is far too loud.

A VERY GOOD HORROR GAME!! as someone who doesnt get creeped out easily this game was succesful in doing so... also i recommend playing it with a controller its easier and the vibrations will scare tf outta u

:sadclownface: It's a trial-and-error kind of survival mixed with progression farming (plants vs zombies maybe). So every time you make a mistake because of just not knowing what to do (your guesses won't always be right), you get to restart the whole damn tedious experience of planting and farming crops, buying upgrades, which don't affect almost anything until, perhaps, later in the game. Surviving the enemy encounters really depends on whether you can guess what the developer intended you to do, based on very minor hints left by the notes.

Came for the farming, stayed because some nightmare creature wouldn't let me leave. Pumpkin Panic somehow makes farming, fishing, and horror work together. The game is simple but surprisingly addictive. The atmosphere gets really creepy at night, and there were a few moments that genuinely caught me off guard. The only reason it's not a 10/10 is that it can get a bit repetitive after a while, and I'd love to see more content added. But for a free game, it's honestly impressive.
