Relato de travamentos e instabilidade de desempenho no PUBG Mobile em iPad Air 5 (M1) Olá, equipe de suporte do PUBG Mobile. Gostaria de relatar um problema de desempenho que estou enfrentando no PUBG Mobile e solicitar uma análise técnica. O problema ocorre em um iPad Air 5 com chip M1, e começou após a atualização para o iPadOS 26.5.2. O jogo apresenta travamentos durante a movimentação da câmera e durante a movimentação do personagem. Os sintomas são: * Engasgos durante a partida, principalmente ao movimentar a câmera em qualquer direção. * Sensação de câmera lenta por um breve momento, seguida de um "salto" para outra posição. * O personagem também apresenta pequenas puxadas/atrasos, dando a impressão de instabilidade semelhante a problema de conexão. * Não há uma queda evidente de FPS; o problema parece ser uma interrupção momentânea na fluidez do jogo. Já realizei diversos testes para descartar problemas no dispositivo: * Restauração completa do iPad para os padrões de fábrica. * Configuração do aparelho como novo, sem restauração de backup. * Reinstalação do PUBG Mobile do zero pela App Store dos Estados Unidos. * Teste com diferentes configurações gráficas e de FPS. * Teste em diferentes contas. * Teste com PUBG Global e PUBG KR, apresentando o mesmo comportamento. Também realizei testes em outros jogos pesados para verificar se era um problema de hardware: * The Division Resurgence em configurações máximas: apresentou melhora com uso de cooler. * Genshin Impact com gráficos no máximo e uso de cooler: funcionou normalmente, sem travamentos ou quedas perceptíveis. Além disso: * Minha conexão de internet foi testada e não apresenta problemas em outros jogos. * O iPad não apresenta problemas de desempenho em outras aplicações. Pelos testes realizados, o problema parece estar relacionado especificamente ao PUBG Mobile, possivelmente a uma incompatibilidade da versão atual do jogo com o iPadOS 26.5.2 ou algum problema de otimização do cliente. Gostaria que a equipe verificasse se existe algum problema conhecido relacionado ao iPad Air 5 M1 ou à versão atual do jogo, pois o dispositivo possui hardware suficiente para executar jogos pesados, mas o PUBG apresenta esses travamentos mesmo após uma instalação limpa. تقييم لعبه لعبه اصبحت عباره عن تقطيع كل مود اسوء من الاخر وفريمات عاليه فقط للاجهزه قويه يعني من الاخر للاغنياء فقط والباقي لاعبين متوسطين لا يهم اهم شي راحه الاغنياء يعني جهازي متوسط في مود يخرجني 3 الى4 مرات ومن دون مود يخرجني مره ار مرتين من ثقل لعبه حتى سكنات تطوير اسلحه تسبب لي لاق وتقطيع في قيم من ثقلها ومن يهجم علي اصحاب سكنات تطوير باي باي شاشه تقف ولا تعود الى بعد ان اموت 😡

Frame drops I am having a lot of frame drops on my iPad Air 4th gen iPad it had 60 fps but still have a gross amount of frame drops this only started happening yesterday which July 24 currently I’m writing this on the 25th and it’s still lagging. I’m sure this isnt a device issue since the frame drops only started happening after a mid update UPDATE.

Everything’s expensive Why is everything so expensive especially all the car skins you have lately and just to spin the wheel everytime . And leveling up the car 10 times just for each level to be 1000s of uc just for one spin At this point just make everything buyable .. if your gonna add new stuff just make it purchasable flat out so that everyone can still spend money and have the things they enjoy . Like gun skins and cars skins .. the gun skins just to upgrade it cost so many gun parts and after spending money and saving gun parts for a while can only upgrade it once .then have other guns to upgrade but can’t because it’s takes 10 gun parts to make 1 and it cost 5 full parts to get one upgrade so 50 parts is ridiculous jus for one upgrade this game should be enjoyable not robbing your customers of their money just for them to spin the wheel and not get it or not spend 50$ enough money to get the new car skins . Spun the wheel 90 times and nothing … Your not giving everyone a chance… if people who play your game are big fans and long time players why do this to them let alone just an average player or new players it’s not fair that it’s gonna cost money just to have simple things like clothes or gun skins or car skins. I think there should be a more convenient way of acquiring items . Just put a price on it and let everyone have the chance to own it . Spinning the wheel 90 times and not get nothing is sad that’s a lot of uc and money . I do love this game and have enjoyed it for years but if I had to say anything about it is that it’s too expensive for everything. Put a flat out price and let anyone buy it . Have missions like get 500 or 1000 kills with this gun and get a gun skin let people earn it have something they can say they had fun obtaining. It just needs to be more fair so that everyone can have items not just people who pay
