PT Boats: South Gambit

It adds a few interesting units to the game and the editor is already there and you don't have to install it from the website via a patch. I would still only buy this game in a package with Knights of the sea or at a reduced price. There are no spoken dialogs in the mission missions but only as text. In addition, you only get "24" missions of different lengths, where the predecessor has about 50 missions. I'm not going to assume here that there are actually only 12 missions, since you only change sides in the campaign of the other nation. However, I think that the campaign is sometimes made more interesting than that in Knight of the seas. I like the game style because I am already familiar with Battlestation: Pacific, where you often have to control several units on a 2d card, but this was graphically more demanding. despite that, i give the game a thumbs up, despite the problems.

A nice game. First the problems: Many users have compatibility issues. There are 3 tutorial missions, and 24 missions in campaign. Mediterranean Sea: 1941-1943, 6 missions, Axis and Allies. Black Sea: 1942-1943, 6 missions, Axis and Soviet Union. You control a PT Boat, you can change stations, artillery, machine guns, torpedo launcher and helmsman. You will have control of other ships, minesweepers, destroyers, etc however you can only take the helmsman role you can't directly fire their weapons. Some missions are very short maybe 10-15 minutes and others can reach 1 hour, you can't save in the middle of the missions so be careful. If you like Battlestations Midway/Pacific, take a look at this game.

bougthit on the cheap so its a win win thingy. it provides some amusement ticks , maybe its too scripted for me but still got some fun dealing with unscripted hit&run tactics you are somewhat allowed to pursue. most of the "tech" drama stuff posted here its easily solved in the few discussion posts. game ask for some nvidia drivers they wrongly install on 64 systems so you have to update em yourself through nvidia phsy links, thats the whole story.

Ce jeu est décevant non pas pour le gameplay et/ou les graphismes qui restent basiques mais tout simplement parce que Steam le propose toujours à la vente alors qu'il n'y a plus du tout de communauté multijoueurs ! :( Je l'ai acheté avec une réduction mais ce n'est pas une raison. Donc si tu l'achètes, contacte moi et nous aurons peut-être le plaisir d'y joueur au moins une fois en multi ! ^^

As of today, I have not been able to find a User's Guide for PT Boats: South Gambit! ANYWHERE IN THIS WORLD I CAN GET ONE?

Mouse doesn't stay inside the game and I have two monitors, so the mouse pointer comes out onto my secondary monitor and if I click while it's outside the game, it minimizes. Annoying, but not all that problematic. Until you try to go back into the game and it crashes, that is. Tried the first game, same thing. I can't play this game because I'm not going to unplug my secondary monitor just to play it. Refund request issued because honestly these games (I got the bundle) isn't even worth the $2 USD and change I spent since I can't play it due to this little bug.

Олды помнят Лица стоящего мяса на катерах, осталось тем же забавным. Жаль, что миссий меньше чем в первой части и проходятся они дольше(только из-за ожидания остальной эскадры) Игре не хватает x10 скорость игры Мелочи в отличии от инглиш версии это лого и загрузочные экраны.

Unbelievable the same missions in this as the other PT Boats game just different enemy.
