I need you to understand what kind of player I am so that you can understand my opinion about Psychocat The Door. I'm not used to Indie Games at all, neither to "Runner Indie Games" like this. I'm more of a RPG/MMORPG/Souls games/CSGO/Street Fighter guy. So, in a nutshell, I like the idea to try hard for progress, and I'm not reluctant to hardcore gameplays as long as it is fair, with an equitable progression curve. This is the case of Psychocat The Door. It took me about 8 hours and 2000 tries to finish my first cycle, and I'll certainely try again to lower my mistakes count. Every game mechanics are explained at the right moment, giving you the time to understand it. Then, you have a step to go through, combining every single mechanics you've just learned. In a way, there's no surprises : you can guess what kind of obstacles you'll face in the next level... and you will fail many times anyway. But it was fairly explained to you, so you'll not be frustrated for no being given the tools to succeed. If you die, this is your fault, and, in the end this is the only thing we're expecting from that kind of game.

Es ist wie der erste Teil aber mit Level Abschnitten und kleine interaktive Zwischensequenzen, was mit gegenüber den ersten Teil sehr gut gefällt. Der einzige Grund, warum ich das Spiel zurückgegeben habe, dass man beim Richtungswechsel keine Pfeile mehr hat, die einen Anzeigen, was überhaupt geändert wird. Du musst an Hand der farbigen Blitze dir merken, was überhaupt geändert wird. Man kann sich zwar drüber streiten, dass man vom anderen Teil abweichen möchte und was anderes ausprobiert hat, und, und, und. Aber für mich ist es nichts. Probiert es gerne aus. Vielleicht macht es ja euch Spass
