About
In Prologue: Go Wayback! no two journeys are ever the same.
A brand new 64km2 world is generated on your PC every time you start the game. Our in-house machine-learning technology empowers our artists and designers to create a system that lets you generate billions of beautiful, natural worlds that are waiting to be explored.
Chart your own course through the rugged terrain toward the distant Weather Tower. How you get there, and whether you survive, is entirely up to you.
Dynamic weather and time of day shape your every decision.
Rain can soak your clothes and drench your fires. Thunderstorms can wreak havoc on the terrain. Blizzards bring snow and the danger of hypothermia.
Forage for edible food, seek sources of drinkable water, and chart your path from shelter to shelter.
No guides. No markers telling you where to go next. Just your instincts, your tools, and your choices.
You will need to read your map, use your compass, keep an eye on the sky, and adapt to the terrain and the weather if you want to survive.
Will you stick to the valleys, searching for shelter? Or climb the ridges for a clear line to the Weather Tower? Will you brave the storm at night, or hunker down and wait it out?
Your story is what you make it.

It's a shame the developers had to stop this project, but in this market it is easily understandable. For my part, I'm sorry my times are hard and I couldn't financially support it. It is really painful to admit to this, especially since exploration is a genre I deeply appreciate. The game, in its current production state (I didn't try the developer branch) is almost ready imho, to get out of EA and ask for a fair price, around 10€ or 15€. I find that this would be a good price given the challenge and the re-playability. That being said, the things that are lacking in game are some QoL and polishing, like a "real" tutorial with an NPC to give directions and/or fall damage and injuries and broken limbs management. Also stamina management. I still had a very nice time playing this, the quietness of a hike in the mountains mixed with the challenge of survival felt so refreshing. I'd very much appreciate to see this project revived or a sequel with aforementioned improvements and multiplayer. Thank you devs for bringing this experience to life and especially for the decision to make it free in these dire times.
Good survival mechanics and navigation!

Just gave it a try... Found a few thing I didn't like immediately 1. you hit stuff around with tools like a hammer and no sound comes up nor they get destroyed. 2. a little buggy specially while walking, running or sliding through uneven surfaces. 3. really good details on food, matches, warm cloth, etc but still lacking some things such as maybe a more fun building system? you know just to build basic hut or stuff like that, I'm not asking for a base. 4. some more dangers would be fun. 5. I'll give it some more time and find out more for an update.
