The best Aussie Rules game we've ever received. Actually so good you don't have to be a fan of the sport to have a blast.

Was a good laugh.
If you like AFL you will probably most enjoy this game for the vibes, the commentary, the team songs after each match (COME ON YOU PINKS!) and the wild swings in momentum that AFL is known for. It needs some work though. I get that they're leaning into a) jankiness and b) roguelite; but the devs really need to look at balancing some of the powerups, especially in season mode. Powerups that gift goals or swap scores or even end the game on next kick should be comparatively rare; and there should be a rethink of powerups that detract too much from the AFL experience (e.g. behinds netting more score). Season mode could do with some more variation as the second match is almost unwinnable. The core mechanics of kick, handball, tackle, mark are alright but some things like fend or bump seem to be very hit and miss. The single worst mechanic is the player switching: there needs to be some directional control so you can aim for players in a particular direction. You also generally have no clue where most of your players are so one of the most reliable strategies is to bomb it long and then tackle to win the ball back. The centre bounce is handled well enough but there are no hit outs in open play. It needs a bit of work to make it feel properly AFL. There should be some basic controls on e.g. the D pad that you can use to change AI teammate behaviour so they either commit numbers close to the ball or spread out, this would open up some more tactical options. Despite this, I recommend the game because it's hilarious and fun, especially in versus mode. Just needs some tweaks.
It is a fun computer game.
I had a ball! Can't wait to play with mates on the couch.
Never have I wanted to throw my controller through my tv more than this game. Clearly I'm not their target audience. Probably a lot more fun multiplayer.
Caótico pero muy divertido!
Most GOATED AFL, sports game and party game ever made.
