"This game is better than Overwatch" - this game's store page You're right about one thing: this IS indeed better than Overwatch. Which isn't hard, because the original Overwatch is gone. And so is this game, apparently...
Pro Arena Alpha, developed and published by The Cosmic Pyramid, is a competitive arena shooter that clearly sets out with a very specific goal: to bring back a purist, skill-driven FPS experience in a modern gaming landscape that has largely moved toward progression systems, hero abilities, and accessibility-focused design. From the outset, it positions itself as a game for players who value precision, mechanical mastery, and fairness above all else, attempting to strip the genre down to its fundamentals and rebuild it around competitive integrity. The core gameplay follows the classic arena shooter formula, emphasizing fast movement, tight gunplay, and map control. Players are expected to rely on their reflexes, positioning, and awareness rather than on unlockable upgrades or persistent loadouts. Every match feels designed to be a test of individual skill and team coordination, with no external systems interfering with the balance of play. This approach gives the game a sense of purity that is rare in modern shooters, but it also makes it less approachable for newcomers who may not be familiar with the demands of this style of gameplay. One of the defining ideas behind Pro Arena Alpha is its focus on team synergy. While many arena shooters lean heavily on individual performance, this game attempts to integrate a stronger emphasis on coordinated play. Players are encouraged to think strategically, working together to control space, support each other, and outmaneuver opponents. In theory, this adds depth to the experience, creating a balance between individual skill and team-based tactics. In practice, however, the effectiveness of this system depends heavily on the presence of a consistent and engaged player base, which is not always guaranteed. Movement and combat feel responsive, with an emphasis on precision and control. The mechanics are designed to reward practice, allowing skilled players to develop a high level of mastery over time. However, the game does little to ease players into its systems, and the lack of onboarding or gradual progression can make the initial experience feel harsh. New players may find themselves quickly overwhelmed, especially when matched against more experienced opponents, which can create a steep barrier to entry. Visually, the game adopts a dark, futuristic aesthetic that blends sci-fi elements with a somewhat abstract style. While functional, the presentation is relatively minimal and does not stand out in a crowded genre. The focus is clearly on clarity and performance rather than visual flair, which aligns with its competitive ambitions but leaves the world feeling somewhat sterile. There is little in the way of environmental storytelling or thematic cohesion beyond the basic futuristic setting. As an evolving project, Pro Arena Alpha shows clear signs of being unfinished. Content is limited, with a relatively small selection of maps and modes, and the overall experience can feel sparse. This lack of variety becomes more noticeable over time, as the core gameplay loop, while solid, does not have enough supporting content to sustain long-term engagement. The game feels more like a foundation than a fully realized product, suggesting that it was built with future expansion in mind. One of the most significant challenges facing the game is its reliance on an active player base. As a multiplayer-only experience, it depends entirely on having enough players to support consistent matchmaking and competitive play. When this condition is not met, the experience can feel empty or inconsistent, undermining the very systems that the game is built around. Even strong mechanics struggle to shine without a healthy community to support them. Despite these issues, there is a clear sense of ambition behind Pro Arena Alpha. It attempts to carve out a space for a more traditional, skill-focused shooter in a market that has largely moved in a different direction. For players who appreciate the design philosophy of classic arena FPS games, it offers moments of genuine satisfaction, particularly when the mechanics and player interactions align as intended. The emphasis on fairness and player agency is commendable, even if it is not always fully realized. Ultimately, Pro Arena Alpha is a game with a strong conceptual foundation but uneven execution. It succeeds in capturing the essence of competitive arena shooters, but it struggles to translate that vision into a complete and sustainable experience. Its appeal is highly dependent on the player’s familiarity with the genre and willingness to engage with an unfinished project. For a niche audience, it can be rewarding, but for most players, its limitations are difficult to overlook. Rating: 5/10

this is the worst game iv played and i play itch.io hentai games REASONS 1. ui is a f@cking mess, its worse than mygov page. 2. the graphics detail is sh!t if you can see anything. the bloom is so strong that it crosses your screen and textures are stretched , not high detail and repeats. plus the textures in the game are darker than a coal miners arsehole 3. performance out of my mate a i this game run like sh!t, 3070ti runs worse than a 3060. it hogs vram like grandma with her rum chocolate. 4.for the gameplay im going to break in parts. .Gunplay the gun play is worse than a fermenting dog, and has a aim assist so strong you WILL hit somone if you look in there direction. most of the guns are sh!t only the shot gun is viable. .movement is ok but you can see where you are going, so you crash into walls. .sounds the sound s are sh!t like i would rather listen to a grandma falling down the stairs.guns sound pathetic, like a dog running into your door .graphics are so sh!t you can see your targets. 5.THE CHEAP LAZY CASH GRAB of the premium i have not played with premium but the rest of is ♥♥♥♥ and only adds modes like 5v5. non premium is 4v4.. its lazy and ♥♥♥♥ like middle age dad cooking. 6.tags is "LORE RICH" there is no lore for you to find. there might be lore is the devs mangled head but none ingame. so this "game" is f@cked legit worse then Jeffery epstein island.
Whoa, this is a big surprise for a FPS vetern like myself. First loading up, as soon as you show up to the main screen I was actually kinda in shock at how freaking cool this game's lobby looks. The neon particles in the center waterfall are like nothing I have ever seen before, and the music is awesome! Next, going into the Ranked Playlist is cool, they have all the major gametypes that I could want in a Arena game: FFA, 1v1, 2v2, 4v4. There is some cool universal artwork here, but it's your standard matchmaking playlist selection. Thumbs up on the lazer looking UI frames. Now here is what really got me interested. The gameplay itself is amazing! Like you have no idea how long I have been searching for a decent FPS game for competing. I love Esports, I play scrims in games like Quake, Halo, Valorant & CoD everynight, and as much as I love it and running strategy with my team, there are just some very broken flaws in all of those games. The way that Enherjar plays is a friggin God-send! The regen system is amazing, the guns are actually powerful (don't get me started on broken shotguns in other FPS games) where your hitscans actually nail other players across the map consistently, the way it plays on a controller is amazing, it's incredibly fun & fast, and the visuals are beautifully dream-like. Enherjar Synergy definitely has my recommendation.

If anyone says this is better than ANY other FPS game (ever), they're either drunk or having a stroke.
