Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 1 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I'll buy anything where I get to shoot dinosaurs...this just happens to be super fun. lol
good dinosaur hunting the mods do help the gameplay
This is the best hidden gem you will ever find. It's got a giant map, and is so much fun to play with friends. Not even the velocipastor could come close to the perfection that this game is. (its not even that cheesy, its legit actually kinda good)

it a good game
In English: **The Good:** **Effort and development:** I want to highlight that this is an indie game moving at its own pace because it's being developed by a very small team. They’ve been in development for 6 years, but they are on a very good path. I’ve been following the project for a long time and that's why I finally decided to buy it. I paid full price because I believe the developers deserve it. **Potential and atmosphere:** It has great potential to become the ultimate dinosaur hunting game in the style of *Carnivores*. In fact, *Prehistoric Hunt* has already become my favorite dinosaur hunting game. * **Vehicles and progression:** The car they are introducing in the 0.129 update is a great addition to make hunts easier. The price seems fair to me: before buying the car, you have to purchase the item that allows you to call the helicopter. The sum of both amounts might seem excessive, but in my opinion it's fine because as soon as you get it, hunts are much simpler, you cut down on endless walking, and the constant sense of danger decreases. That said, watch out: being inside the car doesn't make you invulnerable; dinosaurs can still kill you right inside it! **Variety and playstyle:** It’s a simple title, but with a broad catalog of dinosaurs, weapons, and items. This lets you establish your own style when hunting. Every weapon is effective, though naturally, as you unlock better gear, some previous pieces fall out of use due to the clear advantages of the new equipment. **The Bad (or rather, what I would add/change):** * **Multiplayer and missions:** I see a minor flaw in the lack of joint contracts with friends, though the way the game is built, it's understandable. I think it would be great if they added co-op missions or a system similar to other games where you can post contracts on a board for people to join. It's likely that this clashes with the current prey-claiming system, but they could fix it by allowing everyone who participated to claim the hunt. **Co-op respawn:** When playing with friends, it would be nice if the respawn point after dying wasn't so far away, though I understand it's designed that way for balance reasons.
Gotta love Hunting Dinosaurs!
all i can say is good luck lol
yes very fun game, play wit firends
Just like the prehistoric days...I remember them
Oldschool hunter sim vibes, definitely not for ADHD arcade seekers unless you play coop. Such a cool indie project, obviously a massive labor of love. It's very zen to stalk a Trex for 1.5 km through the jungle. I'd love to see a 20mm rifle in the future/ Jurassic Park 3 style. You start of pretty under gunned and it's a big commitment to save for the big rifles. The game is constantly being updated, optimized, expanded! 10/10
